Closing my account tomorrow. I moved from stratford to the valley and this is the closest atm within 20 min of me. Went today and its broken again which is a weekly occurrence.

They treat you like a fraudster here. Does not say your name, they don’t greet you or even have a conversation with you. I can see why this branch has a very low rating. Start using SAUCE!!!!!

Steer clear of this branch. The tellers are robots with nothing going on upstairs. No wonder why their google scores are so pathetically low. Shame on them. They need to do a whole lot better. Who manages this branch anyhow?
