The construction crew was friendly and worked efficiently. The windows look fantastic, with precise caulking and proper installation. I recently worked with Creative Home Improvement in Shelton, CT, to replace part of my house siding, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! Andy and his crew recently replaced a window for us. They are one of the most professional companies we have done business with. They arrived exactly when they said they would, charged us exactly the price they quoted (no add-ons), cleaned up the area they worked near, explained all the features of the new window and made sure we were both satisfied and happy with the results, which we are. If I could give 10 stars, I would. If you are looking for a siding company, you can't find a better company than this. Their work is impeccable and they bend over backwards to make sure everything is absolutely to your expectation. Their communication is right on point ALWAYS and their pricing is very competative. We recently had Creative Home Improvement, LLC install new siding on our house. We are amazed at the transformation. After getting the run around from other companies, we met with Andy and instantly felt relieved that we finally found a reputable siding company. Andy and his father, Les were patient and answered all our questions and concerns. They said several times, the job isn’t finish until we are happy. WE ARE VERY HAPPY. The team from Creative LLC did an excellent job installing my new vinyl siding windows, and their quality is outstanding. Also i found out that they do roofing too. May be in future I can try them for my roofing needs.
