Teach you staff how to use the app. Its frustrating to not get rewards or deals properly applied and have to go elsewhere and out of the way to get them. Also, of you have customers at the pump about to get gas, dont start shutting down the machines and lights on them. It hasn't happened to me but I was preparing to leave on 2 separate occasions when the girl did that. It's rude, disrespectful and unsafe

Coffee is out frequently seems like alot of the coffee thermoses are busted half the time or more they post new hours 6am I attempted to go there at 630 the door is still locked and they ignore you while waiting to go in ive left at least 3 times obviously they should just say we will open when we feel like it 😆 also some pricing on medicines they have there are ridiculous i can see a couple dollar mark up but some medication is upwards of a 9 dollar mark up on a 3 dollar item that's insane this is just base off a quick seach comparison walmart/Walgreens ect.. but is that even legal to mark it up that much good questionsfor the ftc perhaps? 🤔 also their are frequently boxes and just shit/stuff all over the floor that I've almost fell over on more then one equation also they are unfamiliar with the ct commodities laws when things scan higher then the advertised price i don't dislike this location but hey cumbys get you're shit together over there seriously!!!!

This place is truly a clean place. The service inside the place, meaning the BREAKFAST service, never has the variety ready, because the person who should be in charge of that department of having things ready for the consumer, is talking to his colleague and if you ask him if he has something, he answers that it is not ready. For this reason I give it one star 🌟.

Worst Cumbies I’ve been in. No bathroom, limited selection of snacks, the drinks area was dirty and the lids for the iced drinks don’t snap on to the cups properly. I just left my iced coffee on the counter - it’s of no use to me if it doesn’t have a lid. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 only because the cashier was friendly.

No restroom at Cumberland farms? It's one thing not to have decaf iced coffee but no restroom is a two-star review in my book. Otherwise no complaints.

Dropping her off for brunch stopped along my trail at this little local spot. Good deal on premium gas compared to Darien. I spoke with Kim at the register she seemed, interesting woman. She recommended a minty flavor of orbits gum and it was super fresh. I plan to stop by for gas again when I am up here.

This Cumberland farms has to be the worst gas station around. They are constantly out of order. At least three times a week. It's so annoying. Whoever the store owner is, you need to upgrade your damn pumps.

The place is absolutely filthy and is out of basic thinks like coffee, coffee cups, coffee cup lids, etc VERY often. Whoever owns this store in Shelton should be very ashamed of their disgusting business!

What the HECK is happening there? You had nice employees working. The store has gone downhill - grubby, under stocked. Bogus operating hours posted online. Who the hell is the manager/owner?! Support the site or sell and move on!

So NOT 24 hours!!! Drove all the way there for an iced coffee for absolutely nothing because they close at 11pm. I will NEVER attempt to go to this Cumbies ever again!!!
