This CVS has limited selection of hygiene products. The shelves are nearly empty. At least one employee should be restocking merchandise. I am never coming back here. Please do better. Going to a different CVS at a different location would be a better option.

I was racially profiled in this cvs store. I felt so uncomfortable, especially dumbfounded because I couldn't believe what was happening.

Went to pick up my antibiotics which were sent electronically the day before. The cashier whose name is Nosisa seemed to be having a bad day I guess. Just said “it’s not ready”. No apologies or sense of urgency after seeing that it had already been more than 24 hours since the order was sent to the pharmacy . When asked when it will be ready she just said “after 2 pm”. One thing is to be incompetent and another is to be incompetent and have no care or regard.

Gonna have to switch pharmacies. Got 30 pills instead of 90 for a prescription I need for mobility. Can not get anyone on the phone to acknowledge or fix this and I'm out of medication. Going to a small local pharmacy this is ridiculously dangerous

Tried to check out and was ignored had to use self scan but needed id check. Asked for help after waiting for a while and was told to wait longer. In that time cashier took someone else had ask for help again. Could tell cashier was annoyed with me but I had been waiting a while already. Please put more than one cashier on at a time if they have other duties so guests are not being ignored.

Near impossible to get a pharmacist on the phone. Promised wait times at the pharmacy are double. very frustrating to have prescriptions filled at this location.

Typical store set-up, very clean

Pharmacy calls and says prescription will be ready after 8 pm, I go the next day after 1 pm and it is not ready! It has happened more than once!

Their phone system is a joke I'll never get my scripts filled here again. You can't even talk to a person. Stop n shops way better.

Unprofessional, inconsiderate, and incompetent pharmacy staff, but seeing all the other negative reviews related to this, it seems pretty common here. Seems like all CVS in the nearby towns have the same negative feedback. Since CVS isn’t willing to do anything (like training or staff adjustments), just go in with very very low expectations.
