We have been dealing with a deteriorating roof for a long time and finally had the Butyl Liquid Rubber recommended by another of our properties. We had applied the flash coating and once it cured, we had more rains. So far, even with just the flash coating, we have not had reports of roof leaks. We applied the main coat and it should cure before the next round of rain. I wish we had known about this product sooner!

I purchased EPDM liquid rubber paint last year for the first time. I live in the Caribbean where there is much sun, wind, salt, heat and used this product not only on a cement porch roof but exterior and interior concrete walls where all other paint lifted due to moisture and efflorescence.. The rubber paint has not lifted what so ever and looks fantastic. I only painted the rubber on the seaside to see if it worked and this year will do the other side. The product is expensive and you really need to follow directions. I had my cement floors painted and they have not turned out well because the workers did not do the prep needed and some areas the paint has lifted . My advice is follow directions and you won’t be disappointed in the this product.

Had the pleasure to work with Greg on my purchase. EPDM is an awesome product and I highly recommend purchasing for your roof! I am looking forward to more purchases and coating more roofs! Thank you for the development of your product!

Very poor order entry process. Shipping after order can be more than 4 days unless you pay them an extra $25 for it to ship in 1 to 2 days after order. Apparently there is no exception...they rather not make the sale than make an exception. Poor customer service as well. After reading the other reviews of this place I'm glad I did not put in the order.

I had the choice of replacing a flat rolled asphalt roof or coating it. After investigating various type of coatings at Home Depot, Lowe’s and Menards, I decided that EPDM Liquid Butyl Rubber Coating would be the easiest and best solution compared to replacing the roof. Delivery took three days, cleaning the 14.5 by 14.5 foot roof took 2 hours, applying 90 feet of Seam Tight took 2.5 hours and applying the liquid rubber took 2.5 hours. The products were easy to apply and adhered very well to the original roof material. The roof looks great and should last another 15-20 years. I am very happy with the results.

I purchased 13 5 gallons cans of the epdm coating 4 5 gallons cans of the seam tight 8 tubes of their caulk and 300 feet of the 6" fabric. I ended up getting 13 cans of the 5 gallon with one of them bursting out the side that they refuse to replace 4 5 gallon cans of the seam tight with one punctured through the top of the can and starting to harden. They said they would replace the seam tight but only sent me a half gallon bag. My 8 tubes of caulk where missing and I had to fight with Greg for over a week to finally get. I only received 180 feet of the 6" fabric. My order was supposed to be delivered to my customers home but instead I had to go to fed ex and pick it up myself. Greg was great to deal with up until the point he got my $6,080 after that it was nothing but a hassle to deal with this company. After demanding to either be reimbursed or be sent everything i ordered Greg called the police and filed a harassment complaint against me. This has been the worst experience in purchasing coating from a distributor. I will never do business with epdm coatings again. Its pretty sad that I am going to have to get my lawyer involved over something so simple to fix. Upon using the product, I have to say it is not half as good as they make it out to be. It is not a 1 coat product you have to do a flash coat otherwise it will not bond well at all. I have used much cheaper elastomeric coating from the box stores that cost 1/5th the price, that are far superior to this product. At the end of the day you will get bottom dollar service with a bottom dollar quality product for top dollar price.

Coating lasted 3 years, not 10. I was satisfied with the initial results, unfortunately it didn't hold up. I followed the instruction. My roof rolls off on the edges which made it difficult to get a thick coating, which contributed to some of the failure. There are places where it has lifted from the underlying roof and tore a hole.

We used the EPDM coating to repair our mobile home roof after major hail damage. We couldn't be happier with the results, the product, the service, etc. Thank you EPDM Coatings!

This Liquid Butyl is an amazing product for EPDM roof repairs. We’ve had our flat EPDM roof for over 10 years and have tried at least 5 different products that have all failed over time on lap seams and areas where water collects and then freezes over the winter. Each time some part failed, we kept adding more and more products to the seams and seams areas were getting thick and starting to disrupt rain flow. Somehow we were able to find EPDM Coatings after an exhaustive search, it was pure luck as search results mainly advertise larger box store brands. After cleaning the areas, the product went on smoothly and easily. We have covered over all of our multiple previous patches and finally have some peace of mind and stop worrying about leaks. Best of all is product conforms to the existing surface and does not add thickness.

EPDM Coatings Liquid Butyl Rubber (LBR) is the very best product you can apply to your roof. It far surpasses ordinary and/or typical roofing tar products. I am extremely happy with the simple application along with the many years of roofing free maintenance LBR will provide!

Gents have to say your product has out performed any coatings our company has used. This is the 3rd year we have been applying the Liquid Butyl Rubber and last month we finished the first project we started overall about 65,000 sq ft. The client needed it done in 4 stages. I will send your VP Greg some pics but the point being the client told us last week this is the first time his roof has not leaked after a couple years after a coating was applied to the roof. We are a believer. Thanks for all your technical support. We already have two other jobs lined up and because the lower temps we can apply the product we can get this done in late October. The fact that it is only one coat and it does not need a primer makes it so cost effective and we can close more jobs because it is only one coat so we save the cost of a second pass. It also is much thicker than the other coating that we have used that were so much more expensive. Next project we will send you a video so you can get it on your website.

Our shop has been using this product for years. Company is always there when we call them even for the last two years through covid. Our rv shop uses nothing else and we have tried all the products. what we like is that it does not require a primer like many of the other products. also one coat so that saves our customers money. Be sure you prep your roof properly. caulk any joints and around you ac and vents. reinforce your seams with tape and clean the roof good. That has been the downfall of some installations regardless of type of product you use. If there is dirt or moisture it will not adhere period. This is Particularly true of aged epdm roof because over time they can retain a certain amount of water and you need to give them more time to dry. We actually use a moisture gauge to be 100% sure. Also give roof a good 48 hours to dry before you consider traveling
