The Goodwill Shelton Store and Donation Station is a spacious and huge location with lots of new items and great thrift finds. Customers report lots of variety and have found amazing brands and gems, though they note you need to dig here versus other Goodwills. The store itself is organized for the most part and is clean. However, experiences with staff are mixed, with some customers finding them rude and unprofessional. Specific complaints include cashiers speaking poorly of customers, leaving purchased items bunched up in a ball, and not offering a bag until after checkout, noting that bags do cost extra. Some sections, like the women’s dress area, are described as completely unorganized. Pricing is seen as fair by some, but others find some items pricey for a Goodwill. The store has policies that can cause inconvenience, such as not accepting $100 bills, with the sign noted as not very visible. It is a high traffic location, so customers recommend buying something you like once you see it. The store's face-covering policy follows current vaccination guidelines.
Honestly amazing! Clean and tidy with good prices and everyone was friendly.

One of my favorite Goodwill's in the area, the store is pretty clean, and the staff is friendly. Great selection of clothing, and some of my best knickknacks.

Great thrift finds! Lots of variety with fair prices. I give it a 3 because some of the older staff were so rude! I encourage management to emphasize professionalism. Speaking poorly of the customer in front of you to a coworker is just tasteless.
