Very friendly staff, reasonable wait times with a very user-friendly check-in service. This is a great place when you need a haircut in a pinch. Check in on your way and they're ready for you when you get there. Worried you'll get a different person next time? No worries, they save your preference on the haircuts so they know just what you need each time

Stylist: first of all, I would never ever go there again the stylist. Nicole, she may have been really high on something. she is totally rude. just not listen to what type of haircut you want made. my son feel like she had her rush through everything and was not friendly to him. I have complained over and over. they told me the manager is going to call and get a hold of me. never did not a word. their stylist suck royally. some of them are good. I'll give him that but they must get the total rejects from any hairstylist in school. be aware of this one

I've been going to Great clips along with my son s for a couple of years. the only problem I would have and they would too cuz they never got the haircut the way I wanted it to be until a few weeks ago when somebody finally did it right. but my son had the unfortunate experience over hairstylist named Nicole. she was rude. she tried hurrying the job. of course, think at it the way he wanted. I've run into Nicole and she is a very rude person when she wants to be. I went in and spoke to them and they said that you would have the manager call me which that person never did. I complained other times and nobody ever got back to me. I've heard numerous complaints about this place. I guess Great clips is so desperate for help that they will hire just anybody without regard as to how they treat their customers and yet nobody seems to care. I'm not talking about all of the other The girl, Nicole employees because they've all been good to me but this one my son actually thought she was messed up on drugs. he should not have gone through that experience being treated rudely rush and not doing what he asked. I'd like to hear more reviews of bad experiences that people have had The girl Nicole is a real. she's rude. tries to get the haircut done too fast with very rude to my son. where do they get these hairdressers? they must have all flunked out of your dress in school. I strongly advise especially getting her

I don't know the name of my stylist but she was wonderful and very quick. I got a great haircut. I checked in online and just walked right in. Definitely will be returning.

I am so disappointed with this place, don’t bring your kids here. They don’t interact with the kids while they are cutting their hair. My kid was scared and crying, the hairdresser did not say a word to calm her down. The hair cut was terrible and uneven on the sides. 100% would not recommend, there’s a lot of other places that will do a much better job and provide better customer service.Service: Kids' cuts

Not friendly in the slightest, complained the entire time because my 5 year old son was nervous... her blatant annoyance made my son even more upset. He has had his haircut here 2x prior with no major issues... if certain hairstylist aren't okay cutting childrens hair or are not "kid people" then just say that.
