I always have a great experience and customer service at this Key Bank branch in Shelton. Excellent customer service, friendly staff and Manager Santiago Ortega always exceeds my expectations. Exceptional.

I was home for the holidays and visited this KeyBank for the first time. Marisol (I believe was her name, apologies if I’m misremembering) was extremely friendly and helpful. She went the extra mile to make sure I had a good experience at the branch and I really appreciated it.

we now plan to go across the street to TD. Today we were working with a Maria Sa@#$. We told her what we wanted, and it was as if she didn't hear us... my wife would reiterate, Maria would act like we didn't say anything. After about 10 minutes of time wasted- I stopped her to ask my question, which she didn't answer... so I reasked, which she didn't answer, so I reasked- and she told me I was being rude because I was getting angry... If I asked a question she wouldn't answer, if I asked her to explain she'd start her sales pitch from the beginning, if I asked her to skip a section that didn't apply to us- I was being rude for interrupting..... my wife and I walked out thinking we had been interacting with a bad customer service phone line- where every button we pressed would go to the wrong topic, and everytime we tried to change/skip- it would repeat..... when I got home I used the online chat- to find out what Maria couldn't do- should have been doable. Not only was my aggravation unnecessary- but she was incompetent.

Don't go to this Bank I waited 1/2 hour for a transaction and Manager are very arrogant and careless of patrons they have no manners and no idea on how to deal with the public
