“The owner is so friendly and he remembers what youbuy and gets it got you and he even opens my wine bottles cause they're too hard for me such a nice man, other place don't have the hospitality that he offers and even knows my name and I only go in once or twice a week and his selection is wide he has everything I ever wanted that other places didn't I have another store closer but I'll walk another block just to see him if I could give 10 stars I would”
“Ed at Kindred Spirits & Wine in Shelton is truly fantastic. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the products in the store and always takes the time to answer questions and make thoughtful recommendations without making you feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and cares about helping his customers. I needed to know if Shelton Tobacco was open since their number hasn’t been working. Instead of just guessing, Ed actually went outside in this insane heat and checked for me. That small act of kindness really stood out and says a lot about the kind of person he is. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days. If you’re looking for a store with a great selection and someone who is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile, I highly recommend Kindred Spirits & Wine especially Ed!!!!”

“My first thought walking in the was that it felt super welcoming. Bright, open & the layout was easy to navigate. Not only was the shop located in a convenient location but the prices were fair as well. The store carried a good amount of locally sourced items which is always nice. I bought a variety of things & had of different questions. The gentleman (Derek) that assisted me was a tremendous help and more than knowledgeable. I appreciated the customer service! 10/10 would recommend.”

Prices are reasonable, and the store is well-organized and easy to navigate. The store has a warm and inviting atmosphere, with well-lit aisles and stylish decor that makes browsing a pleasure. The background music was a nice touch, creating a relaxed shopping experience without being intrusive. Highly recommend for all your liquor needs.”
