“In July, I shipped a package from this UPS store. One of the workers made a mistake and put the wrong label on my package. The package was sent somewhere in California instead of New Jersey, where it was supposed to go. I was very angry at this point, and I did leave a negative review which I have since retracted. The owner Don And his manager worked diligently to find my package and it was indeed delivered to the right address after it was located. I can’t be more happy with the outcome. I understand that people are human and mistakes happen. I definitely intend to return to this UPS store for my shipping needs.”

I've been here hundreds of times over the years, sending thousands of packages. Overall my experience has been pleasant, dealing with kind staff eager to help me get my packages scanned and on their way.
This can be a very busy place with a line of people waiting out the door, but busy times are handled efficiently, and it's very rare to spend more than 15 minutes there even with a line. Try to avoid lunch hour, that's the busiest time for sure!
I hope you can get through the flood damage repairs quickly, we need our UPS store back ASAP, and our packages shipped easily again!”

“Amarley saved the day! I came in during a torrential rainstorm and had a very heavy bike rack to return to Amazon. I had spent an hour trying to figure out how to get all of the parts back into the original box and in spite of having taken them out of it I was becoming convinced it was not possible. Amarley not only helped me carry it in, he also spent over 20 min figuring out how to get it back into the box!
