“This is my go-to Quest location even though there are locations closer to my home. The office is clean and quiet and I'm always called for my appointment on time. The skill and kindness of the technicians not only makes every visit a smooth experience, but has helped ease my overall phobia of blood draws. Brenda is especially wonderful and patient and does a great job.”
“Alba was sensational! Her bedside manner was top notch. She listened to my concerns about my history of veins collapsing and easy bruising with each blood draw and she really showed she cared with her words and actions. I was so anxious having my blood draw a 4x in 3 hours but she made it so relaxing and easy for me each stick. She used smaller needles which helped with avoiding bruising and hematomas that I usually develop. She made my visit one of the best experiences I’ve had at quest. So grateful to have been served by her yesterday. She deserves special recognition! Thank you, Alba!”
“Teneka was the person who assisted me at my visit and I had an exceptional experience. My wait time was minimal and due to issues with my blood draw order from my doctor, she was patient in letting me figure out how to get the accurate order. In result, she needed to draw blood twice for me but it was quick and painless. Her personality and humor made this stressful experience (fault of my doctors office) more enjoyable. The office was extremely clean, and all staff were so generous. Highly recommend!!”

“I’ve been to several Quest facilities within my area but the Derby Ct. location is my go to place. Hands down to Kayla who is the Phlebotomist there who frequently does my blood draw. Never experienced any discomfort or black & blue marks afterwards. Kayla is truly a professional who makes you feel comfortable with her demeanor and great sense of humor.. I highly recommend this facility for your future needs.”

“My appointment was at the Stratford location on Main St. This was by far one of the best experiences I have had at quest. Jessie my phlebotomist was truly exceptional in every aspect of her profession as well as her exuberant personality, which I appreciated the most. Her coworker next-door I believe was Jennifer was very friendly as well. It is unexpected to find employees with the personalities that these girls share. I’m grateful to have had such a wonderful experience.. They made my day and I look forward to coming back which, is uncommon in this profession. I tried this sooner but my info disappeared so the names may be incorrect but I am sure you can find them. Thank you.”
“Excellent experience. The gentleman I had was professional, efficient, and accommodating even though I arrived a little late. The blood draw was quick and easy. I had fasted and probably should have hydrated better beforehand, so I felt lightheaded afterward but they made sure I was okay before I left.”
