“Wonderful, kind, caring staff who really understands how to treat those suffering from claustrophobia when it comes to a MRI. Between the meds prescribed by my doctor, the eye masks and aromatherapy, that the center provides, and the fact they will allow someone in the room with you. ( with pre approval), I got through my exam with ease. Alyssa is wonderful, kind, patient, thoughtful and caring. I'd like to add that I "failed" a MRI one week prior at a *different* facility, got out of the machine within 10 minutes. Not here, a totally different stress free experience . I drove 50 minutes from Hartford and it was worth it for the kindness and level of professionalism that I received. I told my primary care doctor, who is located in Hartford, about my positive experience and he told me that he is going to add this location to his list of recommended centers for a MRI based on my experience.”
