“The Shelton Quest location was extremely convenient. Mobile check in was easy and waiting room time was less than 10 minutes. The tech greeted me, was pleasant and did a great job. Would highly recommend.”
“I love coming here, vest quest I’ve been to in a long time. The staff remembers people too which is always pleasant. I forgot the woman’s name that took care of me but she was great! She just came back from being off work for her birthday! She told me she’s been working for quest for 29 years! She was welcoming , fast, efficient, and just an overall great phlebotomist! Feeling comfortable getting blood drawn is my top expectation along with skill, but also being a patient person on my part helps too! I love this quest a lot! Most of all, the lady that took care of me too!”

“I’ve been to several Quest facilities within my area but the Derby Ct. location is my go to place. Hands down to Kayla who is the Phlebotomist there who frequently does my blood draw. Never experienced any discomfort or black & blue marks afterwards. Kayla is truly a professional who makes you feel comfortable with her demeanor and great sense of humor.. I highly recommend this facility for your future needs.”
“Patient care was excellent, facility could be cleaner. Staff was knowledgeable and compassionate. They only have seated positions for getting blood drawn. Staff recommended Quest at 115 Technology drive in Trumbull, Stratford and Bridgeport locations for lie down blood draws. They have walk ins but highly recommend to make an appointment, otherwise you'll be there for a long time, it can be deceptively busy.”
“I take my son who's wheelchair bound and has Cerebral Palsy to this Quest. The technician have been excellent the two times I've taken him there. They have with drawn blood from my son quick and with ease. Love it this far!”

“Good overall experience with no real issues. I easily scheduled the appointment online the day before...they had lots of times to choose from including early in the morning which is hard to find at other places like Quest. I showed up at 7:30 am for my appointment and was taken in right away.Was the woman at the front counter super friendly? No, but that's ok. I tend to be overly chatty and not everyone I meet has to match my energy. She was professional and did her job. I would definitely come back again.”

“Very clean place and relaxing but the reason why I gave it 4 stars is because the young lady was a little to quick in putting the needle in my arm which cause me to jump just a little bit and hurt, mind you I am not scared of needles at all I take them like a pro. But giving the heads up and being more gentle can go a long way.”

“Bathroom should be checked between people because there was urine all over the seat & floor. The woman who was working there was very sweet & nice. She cleaned the bathroom so I could use it. Was a little longer wait then I thought it would be considering I had an appointment & came on time. I like the easy check in process, but the name "Quest" should be outside so it's easy to know where to go.”
