“The customer service I experienced from Karen was absolutely excellent. She truly is a well educated, kind, and awesome person. Her hand crafted cat bed is a one of a kind product, each one is different than the other in it’s own unique and creative way! My cat LOVES this thing… we can’t get him out of it! He sleeps in it every night since we brought it home. It’s very aesthetic and fits well in our home. These beds are unlike anything you can get anywhere else simply because they’re hand crafted, I’d recommend this 100% to anyone looking for a cozy place for their furry loved ones to rest up!”

“The cashiers are friendly, but the prices are high. I buy a specialized dog food that costs $92 if no manufacturer coupons are available. There's a savings club we're a part of where you buy a total of 12 bags of food and the 13th bag is free. Still no actual savings. The store is very clean, organized and the employees are friendly, so I guess that's a plus.”

“I’ve just started getting my saltwater aquarium together and I’ve honestly been a little nervous about the process after meeting the owner of exotic fish and coral those feelings have fleeting left he took the time to explain to me a few key points on getting started and how to be successful as well as offered to mentor and monitor me and my tank. I can say I’ll be returning and you should stop in as well.”

“Bob Hemingway was very helpful with our baby blue conure, my whole family highly recommends him. The store is a bit loud and has a smell that a lot of birds live there, but he cleans and keeps them very healthy. He had over 2 decades (three?) of breeding experience. He was very kind and professional throughly the process of visiting, choosing a bird, weaning, and teaching home solid food feeding. I felt much more secure working with someone local who I k ew than going through an online site.”

“Hanna did a great job grooming my 12lb toy poodle, Toby. We were trying to find a place closer to us and she was able to get us in same week due to a cancellation. Toby is a sweet boy, but he can be difficult at times with brushing and grooming. She was very clear on communicationand has a kind and caring personality, and it’s clear that the well being of the pups are top priority. One thing to note, is the that the dogs are typically out of the crates in between grooming sessions, but I’m sure if you had a special request to have your dog separated it would be fine. Communication is key. She was even taking extra precaution this time due to the mystery canine respiratory illness so they were all crated.We will definitely be coming back! Great experience.”

“My 8 month old puppy was diagnosed yesterday with allergies - we suspect apples. I called ahead about a food that I read online would work for him, but when I arrived, I saw that apples were listed in their ingredients. I was ready to panic because I have never had a dog with allergies before, and I'm a bit of a helicopter dog mom. I asked one of the sales associates for help and told him my situation. He spent a great deal of time helping me, reading ingredients with me and helping me choose the appropriate food to try for my puppy. He even stayed with me while I called the local pet store up by my house to make sure that they had this food in case it works for him; we live about 40 minutes away, but we use a vet in Trumbull because we used to live in the area and we love the service we receive...which is why we stopped here on the way home. Then, the associate gave me a manufacturer's coupon to save me some extra money. At checkout, the other associate was friendly, compassionate, and genuinely asked if I was okay because I was clearly stressed. I am so grateful for the help I received here! Best Petco that I have been too in a long time!”

“It is very good for vaccination. They let you stay with your pet, not like other vet clinics now with the pandemic. App avalable like 1 month depending of Petco location. Hope I get my cat vaccinated, without him getting sedated. Plus the prices for vaccination are very low ( I did not check the vaccines quality)”

“Worldwide Fish and Pets is now Danny's Worldwide Fish and Pets. I just recently purchased a few unique fish such as SA puffers, Ballon belly Rams, etc. I contacted Danny to explain my situation as I was replacing fish that passed and I had to do a total shutdown, clean, and restart, but, because of the difficulty finding the SA puffers (and at a reasonable price), I wanted to order them. Danny explained that they sent fish out on Mondays, but, if I needed that extra time, he would be happy to send it out a week later. Danny was true to his word and these fish arrived overnighted on Tuesday. They are beautiful and you can definitely tell they were carefully packed with the idea they might not be handled gently even though the box was marked perishable. Thank you, Danny, for truly caring about the fish and your customers. a.k.a forever customer”

“Great for kids (all ages). There's so much to do... there's not a chance they'll be bored. Go-karts, bumper cars, VR, laser tag, ball pit, bowling, playgrounds, and trampolines galore. I had to deduct a star from this review, however, due to pricing. The costs are already crazy and CANNOT cary over to other locations, but now they are making changes such as raising the price for bring a friend (mondays). In addition to the cost of the membership, you have to account for concessions and arcade games as well. Again, it is a fun time for the kids, but it is also a very pricey one!”
