The two African American ladies, early twenties, tried to swindle me tonight. I very clearly came in and asked for the $65 plan. I said $65. They said....oh...."essentials". Yeah. that would be $90 after takes and fees. So I sign up, Only to find out they didn't sign me up for ESSENTIALS!! I had to change to Essentials when I set everything up at home. The APP itself said my bill would decrease $20!! Complete hucksters!

I have been a loyal customer for many years the reason for my loyalty is based on folks like Melvin and Jose. The customer service experience with them is second to none and it is why my family is loyal to t mobile . Really appreciate the team at the Shelton CT location!

I received the best service from Melvin. Always ready and prompt to exam and resolve my issue. Always polite and positive.I am very happy to switch my service after 25 years to T-Mobile from AT &T. Melvin and employees like him make a company Great!!

Unfriendly, not overly forthcoming or helpful. The female representative showed absolutely no interest in helping. I asked her about the data only hotspot plan, which she said didn't exist, even after I showed it to her on the T-Mobile website. I went to a different store where the staff was more friendly and the guy was happy to sign me up to the plan I was looking for.

Melvin went above and beyond to help me resolve a big mess that I was left with after dealing with the Stratford store. He was pleasant, respectful and was able to get my issues resolved. He genuinely cares about his customers. The other associates in the store were also pleasant and willing to help

Melvin was excellent! He helped me for 2 long days after Jabria .. ( nevermind) But serious not Melvin was very patient ! Helpful ! And efficient even after Tmobile 1800 couldn’t help me.

This has been possibly the best customer experience so far. Julie was so great to be able to resolve each one of our concerns. She went above and beyond. Extremely patient and very proficient and professional. I would recommend this locations for all your issues. Every other store I have visited was a really really bad experience but this one exceeded my expectations.

Just have to say that Melvin was absolutely AWSOME with helping me transferring my information to my new phone, his knowledge is outstanding along with his exceptional customer service! Thank you to Julia who also upgraded my Daughters phone and doing an absolutely great job learning how to do it while Melvin guided her on how to! Theses two people were spot on knew what needed doing and asked questions if they didn’t to get the job done! Highly recommend raises for the both of them! “5 stars plus”

Lanecha is the assistant manager and has helped me immensely. She has been there to help me when the Derby store have uneducated people with no knowledge of the product. I am sorry I have been through this twice, so Derby do some thing with it and reward the people like Lynn Lenisha, who do their job properly and well and one thing I want to say, is I live in Derby and I will drive here to Shelton to see Lenisha because she knows what she’s doing.
