“Upon arrival I met a guy named John who was about as helpful a person you would ever want to meet. Whatever you are paying him in shipping and receiving should be tripled. What a great employee to be representing your company. I wish everyone could have a all of their people belike this. I don't know where you found this guy but I would try to hire his entire family tree to work for you. In case you're wondering who I am. I picked up a load from you of inflatable bags that went to Eagle Pass TX. I drive a sprinter van and my name is Jim.”

“My family and I didn’t want to drive to JFK this pass Thursday (May 29th 2025) . We wanted to start our vacation off smoothly, so we searched for transportation. I really didn’t like the response I was getting from the companies that came up on my google search. My wife was recommended this company (Abe’s Transportation LLC) from a co-worker. She assured my wife that they was the absolute best. I reached out via text and Abe himself got back to me ASAP. He asked for my flight itinerary and assured me that he would have there on time. Not only was he at my house on time but he also got us to JFK safe and sound on time with plenty of time to spare. Abe was the best. He supplied all 11of us with water and some gum? that my wife and 6 daughters had asked for??.

Because his service was superb going to JFK, we utilized his service to bring us back home. We walked out the airport right to his nice and clean van that brought us home. What a way to start and finish an amazing vacation to Mexico ??

“Our business has been utilizing Buck's Transport Systems for furniture, furnishings, décor, and rug delivery/installations for over 5 years. They have truly been fantastic, and have made deliveries around the state of CT and NY to hundreds of our clients. They are logistically sound and very responsive via email. Their delivery team is professional and friendly on-site, and our client's have given nothing but quality feedback of their deliveries. They install everything to a tee, and to our designers/client's needs. They catalog inventory well, note any freight damages, and are able to make touch ups if needed. They are very accountable to all issues that may arise. They always call me when they are a half an hour away from the delivery within that 3 hour delivery window. They are not inexpensive, but we pay for their quality and peace of mind. We are very happy having them as our go receivers and white glove delivery team. Highly recommend.”

“We have well water and installed a new liner. We called for a water delivery and spoke with the owner John. Surprisingly he said they would deliver the water on a Sunday. We have an extremely long narrow driveway which opens up at the top. The driver was uncomfortable driving the large tanker truck down my driveway and refused to complete my water delivery. The owner, John, actually came to my house that Sunday evening to see the driveway. He stated that he would return Monday morning and deliver the water himself. The next morning they came with 2 trucks to fill our pool. Unfortunately, it did not fill the pool completely and I was unaware that The Water Drop company only delivered full loads and does not make partial deliveries. I called around to other pool water deliveries in the area. No one had any availability for deliveries except for another company in Seymour. When that driver arrived, he also refused to come down my driveway and was very rude and nasty. I called John back from The Water Drop he was very pleasant to deal with and agreed to try and make it back out to our house. He delivered additional water even though the company does not do partial loads. Even though we still have not been able to swim in our pool weeks later we appreciate the owner John trying to assist us in this frustrating time of trying to get our pool opened. We would strongly recommend John and The Water Drop.”

“Monet shellanne and Jerome and Danny and (Kevin who left job) are very professional and nice to me. I miss Brian he drives small busses now. Always respectful and kind and considerate.
It's very difficult to call in once in awhile as there seems to be a communication. Gap maybe language barrier. So asking simple question usually answer rudely and hangs up. Perhaps finding a better match would be appreciated by all of us that have to call and ask a question every once in awhile.”

“I've been renting cars a few times a month to get groceries and stuff for my apartment and there's nothing negative I can say about the experience so far. For errands, the hourly rates end up making much more sense than going by the day elsewhere and there's no surprise $20 (or so) charge on the bill that I've seen in at least a few places. The only caveat is that their cars do rent quickly at some locations. I'm not the type to book as early as I probably should, and if you know you want a car at a set time a day in advance, it might be a good idea to reserve it instead of hoping it'll be there an hour before you're trying to get somewhere.”

“My mom has to be transported in a wheelchair can/van. We use metro taxi for this.They seem to be the only ones around except My Ride that has a wheelchair vehicle, which isn't good. A little competition is healthy! Usually they are prompt and show up on time for drop off and pick up, but not always. A few weeks ago on a Friday night they never showed to pick her up; no phone call, nothing. I finally called them and was told 'there's no cab in her area'. Well, doesn't making a reservation put a cab in her area at a specified time? Not according to them. Making a reservation means nothing. (All I could think of was that Seinfeld episode!) It would be great if I had more than one company to rely on, cuz this company is not reliable.”
