  This is a self serve location, with that in mind, you won't see any smiling faces, just clean, well maintained trucks (no trailers) and as long as you have a smart phone with the u-hail app installed, you will have a great, quick, self directed experience.

  Customer service was A-1. It’s a smaller dealer. But well located on Howe Ave , Shelton. Very easy to rent and the dealer was very knowledgeable and efficient. They were well stocked. Thank you for a speedy service. From start to finish. Definitely will use them again.
