Bhar did an exceptional service. I went there for passport service and at first I dont have my updated driver’s license with my new name (cant make a schedule at dmv because of real id applications) so she denied me though I have all other requirements based on the passport website. I understood since she’s only following the rules and doing her job. Later that day, she called me (i wasnt gonna answer that unknown number but i did) and said if I could come back since I have other requirements to move forward for passport application. Therefore, I went back that day and processed my application in timely manner, and within 2 weeks I got my passport even it’s not expedited.
Big thanks for your service and your help, I will come back for more passport application in the future. I dont usually do reviews but you deserve to be mentioned. :)

Post office is closed for lunch from 1:15 to 2:30 — the exact time working folks would likely get their errands in. What are we even doing closing a post office during the day? Hire someone else to work the window for that 1:15. Ridiculous.

Gave me the receipt for the people in line behind us I never got my new passport and my old one was is the envelope. Avoid this office poor customer service and clueless employees.

Brought in 200 pieces of mail to send out - Bahr and Yaminah couldn’t have been nicer! Were very swift - friendly - and professional!

Went here today to get a passport. I was there for maybe 30 mins between filling out paperwork & taking my picture. Such a easy process. The two ladies working there were very helpful. They were also friendly & I am very satisfied with today's process. Thank you!

You should be very proud of yourselves for stealing a gift card that was in a Christmas card. The card showed up on the informed mail delivery email but never arrived at our house. It was dropped off at the post office to prevent theft, never realizing we had to protect ourselves from you. The card has been used so I hope you enjoyed the gift card.

My package sat for 3 days in the Shelton post office before being delivered. I can mail a card to North Carolina in 2 days and I live a mile away from the post office. Post office is a joke.

Post office downtown Shelton (83 Bridge st), clerks are amazing and always helpful. They treat everyone with kindness and respect, makes you want to keep going there. There are other post offices closer to my home, but I will drive all the way downtown Shelton just for the service.
