The online time clearly says 1:30 they close till 2:30 , I walk in at 1:15 and everything is close, need I remind I left early to make it cause 1:30-2:30 was already an inconvenience to me, a tiny hand drawn sign says close from 1:15-2:30 in the counter. So unprofessional!

This office is either randomly closed during office hours with no explanation ( 50% of the time I go) or the workers are extremely rude. From now on I will drive out of the way to avoid this office at all costs.

Lunch breaks are never consistent even if you check ahead. Showed up today at 12:35pm to find they posted the "Closed 1:30pm-2:30pm" sign up an hour early. Even with Daylight Savings in mind this is a two hour jump in the wrong direction. I can never rely on them to be operating in the middle of the day.

Says they close from 130-230 but they were already close by 110pm. Clearly don't want to work and provide service for their customers

They're always so friendly and there's very rarely a line. They're also very helpful when you're mailing something you're not used to mailing.

extremely rude employees, they need to educate themselves on how to properly treat their customers, and why say you are open till 1 and then rudely slam the door in your customers face and say we close at 12. extremely disappointed.
