Vape Shops in Shelton, CT

“My first visit to PuffCity on River Road in Shelton was so impressive that I had to leave a review. I was searching for a specific vape for a homebound friend, and the place she usually sends me was out of stock, again. After calling over a dozen local shops with no luck, as most don't even bother to answer or have a working phone, PuffCity was the first place to answer promptly and confirm they had it in stock, and in two sizes!

The manager (and possibly owner) was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He greeted me right away, showed me both options, and even let me know about a sale when purchasing two. I was especially relieved when he told me he consistently keep this harder-to-find brand in stock.

The shop was clean, welcoming, and the colorful seating area out front was a nice touch. It's refreshing to find a business with excellent customer service and reliable inventory. I'll definitely be back and will gladly recommend PuffCity to others!”

“Gotta be careful here. They don’t show you the register till as you ring up. I just got charged $15 per cigar when they were clearly labeled on the box and wrapper $10. Plus I was over charged for the lighter and cutter. Only after calling it out after I saw my receipt were they like “oh our mistake”. Great selection here and good service but you really have to keep track of what they are charging.”
