From the moment we walked in, the staff stood out. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely engaged with both the kids and parents. You can tell they really care about creating a fun and safe environment.
The facility itself is very clean and well-maintained, which is always a huge plus for me. I especially appreciated the little details—there was hand sanitizer conveniently placed throughout the park, and the bathrooms were bright, fun, and spotless (and fully stocked with soap—yes, that matters!).
There’s so much for kids to enjoy here. My kids had an absolute blast with the bumper cars, arcade games, and all the moon bounce/trampoline activities. The décor is colorful and inviting, and there’s truly something for kids of all ages.
Overall, such a fun, welcoming, and well-run place. We will definitely be back—my kids had a ball!”

“We stayed here for 5 months waiting to get our home built.
The bed was super comfortable. Even after we had to change rooms due to an hvac issue, the bed in the next room was comfy too. The kitchen was small but adequate. It even had a disposal which was a nice surprise and a small but functioning dishwasher and cook top.
We were there before they did that particular floor's upgrade so things were a bit shabby but we didn't have a lot of choice and it really wasn't that bad.
If we ever needed anything, even if it was just a couple rolls of toilet paper, it took one call and someone came quickly.
The hotel has a safe that is free for guests, they accommodated our many package deliveries and the underground parking was excellent. Great for snowstorms.
Laundry was small but usually empty.
I'd say the only ding was the toilet. We had constant issues but their maintenance always came out to fix it.
I'm sure once they overhaul the rooms all the minor things will be fixed.
Everyone was professional and courteous. The stand outs are Manny, Jose, Jessica, Angelina, Jasmine and a lady from housekeeping that I can’t remember her name. But the superstar is Nick. He's a real asset to the hotel and is so nice.
Would 100% stay here again (in a renovated room).”
