I wanted to share the wonderful experience we had at the Vision Center in Walmart in Shelton, CT. Michael, the optician, was absolutely fantastic in helping my 88-year-old mother pick out new glasses. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. Michael took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my mother felt comfortable and confident with her choices. His warm and caring manner truly made the experience delightful for both of us. We are so grateful for his help and highly recommend Michael to anyone in need of eyewear assistance.

Came in to get a prescription filled through Husky. Diane helped me and she was so incredibly nice. I didn't catch the other employee's name who was working that day (she had long black dreadlocks, if I remember correctly), but she was also very nice, and helpful assisting Diane with the medicaid processing. Both very professional and patient. Very happy with my visit and I look forward to getting the new glasses :)

Got a pair of glasses here recently, frames fit poorly and seem to fall off all the time . Before that the people here had trouble finding the prescription in their records. I would stay away from this place.

I came last Saturday at 2 oc and was told they were closing for lunch until 230. This Saturday I come at 2:45 and I am told again that they are closing for lunch. This is extremely inconvenient for customers. There should be set lunch hours so customers aren't turned away 2 weeks in a row.

Last week they canceled because the doctor called in sick. Fine. This week i was sitting there in an empty office waiting, waiting. No one but me in the office after my scheduled time. Then the someone from the optician part of the office said the doctor just texted, going to be late. This is ten mins after my appointment. This place is awful Avoid it at all costs.

I went to at the vision center inside of Walmart in Shelton to get my glasses prescription filled. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store was clean and had an excellent selection of frames. I got my glasses when they said they would be in. All and all a wonderful experience .

Doc was amazing. Quick and courteous. Sales for glasses/contacts was just as good, walked out with both ordered and took less than a week for both to arrive.

Myself and my husband always go to this location for our glasses mine was good but they messed up my husband three times and their two older workers there who is very nice, but today there was a younger lady there she was very rude and should not be working with customers very very upset don't think I will be going ther again
