Online shoppers BEWARE!I have placed 2 Walmart orders in the past 3 weeks. In both cases, I got notifications from WM with tracking numbers that the orders had shipped. I also got notifications that the orders were delivered. PROBLEM! In both cases I received empty envelopes with the tracking number for the item ordered on the empty envelope. It appears that Walmart does NOT vet their MARKETPLACE Vendors & from my online chats, it appears that they really don't care. So as I told them, as soon as I get the second refund, I will be closing my online account. There comes a point when it is just STUPID to continue to order from the company & get an empty envelope from the scammer with the tracking number for the merchandise ordered & supposedly sent & delivered. And they DON'T seem to CARE.I would STAY AWAY! As soon as I get the refund I am closing my account. Not worth the hassle!

Gardener no where to be found when you need help to load the mulch or other garden stuffs.! Waiting time is outrageous..! Not satisfied...!!!

Great prices but typical wait time to check out is unacceptable. Potholes are a common issue in parking lot. Travel at your own risk.

No wonder I shop at target and not this dump. Arrived at 7:45 but was informed the returns desk closed at 7 despite listed as being open til 8, staff absolutely refused to return my item despite it being a seasonal item which was only purchased the night before. Can't make it tomorrow to return and it goes on sale the day after. Garbage store, rude staff.

I wrote a review about optical dept., they would not read my older glasses made here and didn't give my cases back... I remembered and came back to ask for them.... But that review disappeared.

Went to Shelton Ct Walmart for passport photos. Called ahead to be sure there is someone in the photo department. Yes. We get there and their digital camera is broken. Can't take the pix. The camera has been sitting there broken for over a week . No replacement was given.

Well I was there today Saturday 06/07/2020. Almost everyone wearing a mask I noticed 5-6 customers. No body said a thing to them but most of all I saw 5 Walmart employees not wearing mask did not even have them on there neck. I had to walk around them and there are no markings on what way to walk the town should do spot checks and fine them. Will never go again and the management should be fired.

Just moved to the area because of work. Greeter was a very nice old lady who said hello and goodbye. While I was shopping the intercom was going off every 5 minutes warning customers that they were closing. I didn't mind the fact that that was going off. I knew workers wanted to go home after a long day or even a part time position there (having to deal with civid-19 and everything) The reason for the rating however, are for the words that were coming out of this woman, that's probably in her mid 40s. As every costumer was walking out, she went on saying "you people are seriously still here when you know we are close. What is your problem? I don't work for you." It's things like this that are so stupid coming out of workers. Costumer service is your job title!!That means you serve the customers, so yeah you kind of do. I've worked in that field before, for 10 years (server, representative, receptionist) I don't care if it's past that time that you're suppose to leave. You are there to work to help the costumers, to help the business. NOT push them out the door. If you can't do your job, don't work. It's that simple. Obviously you don't want to enjoy your job and make money. If management contacts me, I will GLADLY point out who this lady is. Also, this all happened on Monday May 25, 2020 at 8:28pm.

Went into the store to get a car key copied. An older woman, we will call her Miss Sunshine, comes walking over looking about as thrilled as a fish out of water. I tell her I need a key copied. She used every excuse in the book in attempt to get out of cutting my key. I realized that she was just lazy and did not want to cut the key when her excuses started contradicting themselves. After trying to convince her to cut the key for me a couple of times, I got fed up and walked away. Her attitude alone will keep me from coming back.

Your store is trash!!! Nothing is ever in stock or where it belongs on the shelf! It looks like someone just came through and knocked everything over and out of place but that’s not the case cause it’s like that 24/7, your store sucks and is filthy and not neat or stocked at all

I went out of my way to this store when I have a Walmart 5 mins away from my house because I think this Walmart is nice. I should've honestly just went to the one 5 mins away. Self check out is card only no cash. 2 cashiers open. Both cashiers are slow as can be. I had 1 item. It took me 20 minutes to pay for my 1 item and leave. I'm sorry but if a billion dollar company is going to be cheap and not fix their self check out to cash AND credit at least hire fast pace cashiers. Then the cashier had the nerve to say take my receipt so I wouldn't get stopped at the door. ??? I have one item and I waited 20 mins and they would have the nerve to stop me at the door? Never again. Stop being cheap Walmart
