As i do very much love this place tonight was an absolute horrible experience. They should have just closed the doors for construction. I was hesitant as first about going in and doing my laundry at first as i heard construction going on but someone told me they were open and that i could do my laundry. At that moment when i loaded my laundry they stopped but i wasn’t even done loading my laundry and they proceeded to work with loud machinery the whole rest of the time i was in there. There was dust everywhere. I like to fold my laundry as soon as it s done drying and i could also not do this. I am very unhappy about this situation. Next please just close the doors when doing a re model. I do really like this place but this experience tonight was very unpleasant.

I came here to wash my clothes and when I went to bring the cart outside to put my clothes in it, I was told, the carts can’t go outside. I got back in my car and left. What type of customer service is that? The place is really tiny as well.

I have switched and I am so happy I could intentionally spill stuff on my comforter just to justify the trip. The important parts are that parking is convenient. There are plenty of machines and they are always ALL in working order. The place is clean as are the machines. Granted, there are busy times and I generally try to avoid them. Even on a busy day, people are respectful and don't disappear, leaving their stuff sitting for hours.

I can usually wash about 2-3 loads altogether in the big washer for $7 then dry for about $2.50. So I'm able to get all my clothes washed and dried for under $10 with no issues.

Wash time Laundry is a convenient place to do your laundry in Shelton. I needed to use just their dryers as our dryer stopped working. The dryers run hot, so watch your non-cottons or put on a lower setting like medium. One quarter pays for 5 minutes, a dollar for 20 minutes. A Bill changer is in the back of the room. An average load can be be dry in 20 minutes depending on how full and wet your laundry is. All my sheets were dry in 20. Yesterday an employee from a hotel did around ten leaf bags full of white towels! She stuffed the dryers full and I'm sure she paid more than a $1 for each load. No restrooms are on the premises.

Going to the laundromat is never anyone’s dream activity but if you have to go, Washtime is a really nice place to go.It’s been a while since I’ve been to one and the cost of the big machine was $7.00 (!) but dryers are still .25 for eight minutes, I think.I immediately had a problem putting my quarters in and they jammed. Thankfully, Terry (Terri) was right there and retrieved my coins for me.She was very helpful and patient as I’m sure she could tell I hadn’t been to a coin-op in years.This is just a nice place to go. It’s clean and close to a few places for food or what have you.Thanks Washtime!!

Busy but the workers there couldn't be nicer and more helpful. It my washer and dryer go on the fritz again I'll be back in a flash.

This is the second time I've been here. my washer broke after my well pump, Washtime Laundry was a life saver. Very nice laundry mat very clean and friendly employees. I'll coming here from now on. 5/5 stars

One machine with just a few items in it didn't spin, so I had to pay to rewash it as it was sitting in water. There are signs all over you can't wash dog beds, its not hygienic. Won't be back
