This has been the worst banking experience I’ve ever encountered. When we attempted to close our account and transfer funds, they unjustifiably rejected the request and blocked our account without providing any logical explanation. Be cautious with your money – this bank is extremely untrustworthy.

Very rude when I called just for some basic loan info. Then I find out they have blatantly racist policies against certain people. Its disgusting. One can only hope they go bankrupt.
