Literally you walk in and there is nobody there to greet you. I had to yell "hellooo" for someone to come from the back and assist. Then the lady shorted me my money and when I was standing there waiting for her to come back (because she simply walked away after handing me my money) she never came back to the front. I seen this ugly spanish lady, who swore she was cute and absolutely was not, just sitting in the back office (which I assume is one of the managers because she had to come to the front to sign off and do a over-ride; but anyway, she was sitting in the office on a personal phone call and I popped my head in and asked if there was anyone else that could help me at the front or was she the only one. She response "its only her" and returns back to her phone conversation very rudely. Never did she ask if there was something she could help me with, absolutely nothing. I will only come back here for ATM transactions, simple.

Very rude when I called just for some basic loan info. Then I find out they have blatantly racist policies against certain people. Its disgusting. One can only hope they go bankrupt.

Do NOT use Wells Fargo. They deliberately stagger transactions to cause your account to overdraw. They also hold your deposits for longer than they’re supposed to. The customer service is horrible and the employees don’t have any empathy or compassion for their customers. They do not care about you they just want your money. I’m switching as soon as they finally release my deposit and I can close my account.

I went through their drive threw Friday 3/4 around 4pm and the lady there just didn’t seam pleasant. Me having a background in customer service I tried to make little small talk saying she was fast at depositing my check. She barley said a thing, even when I left it was a weird vibe with that lady. I’m a customer but I had more customer service than her. Seriously I’m not liking the customer service and the weird stuck up attitudes. Really considering taking my business back to my TD. This is what’s going to have Welsfargo losing customers. I don’t owe that lady nothing. Horrible!

Gone multiple times and was told at the door that if I didn’t have an appointment (just to see a teller) that I could not come in! -even after I noticed this was a pattern, I’d call ahead to make sure I’d be let in…no answer- I needed to make a big withdrawal and it was very important. Ended up having to drive to another Wells Fargo which was fine, it was just inconvenient.

The worst customer service at shelton branch I tried to open and account for my teenager I called they told me to make an appointment I never was able to do the appointment I went to branch and it wasn’t busy at all and they couldn’t just help me bc they have been book when it’s obviously it was one customer there that’s all. So bad I’m Planning to close all my accounts with well Fargo after 10 years. They are arrogant and rude. So disappointed

One of the worse banks I’ve ever had to deal with, each branch operates by their own rules, and the Shelton branch has to be the worse financial institution that I ever had to deal with. I was told that the manager was too busy to deal with me after I was asked if I wanted to speak to a manager about my debit card being compromised for the third time. Still waiting for him to call me back.

Absolutely terrible bank. Spend hours preparing paperwork and driving to bank twice. All for the rude bank account manager to give me a hard time about why my LLC paperwork doesn’t say llc at end of it when state of Connecticut sent me paperwork. Terrible service. Will never use again.

Such a wonderful family oriented bank. This is my first Wells Fargo experience outside of New York. I must say Nicole demonstrated exceptional customer service with a smile. A smile goes a long way with me! Another point is the neighborhood feel - that's what a true banking experience should feel like. From the moment you step into this bank you are greeted by warm, friendly, service with smiling personalities, that truly shine through. If I lived in the area I would look forward to coming in just for the wonderful interaction. Made my day! Thank You Kindly Everyone At The Wells Fargo Shelton, CT Branch! *** They actually know the names of their customers - that's Gold Star Service!!!!! It's still FIVE STARS!!!!! I had to return the following day, due to my error. Again, as you enter you're transported to another world, where people are kind, friendly, and all smiles. Even the guy using the ATM smiled, and greeted me as I entered. Today, I had the pleasure of working with James, and once again the standard of professionalism was adhered, polished, and a shining example. Hats off to management - happy employees demonstrate effective management practices. Happy New Year!
