I’ve been banking with this branch for almost 10 years now and up until their switch in systems have had nothing but great experiences. Unfortunately, their system change seems to be the excuse for laziness/carelessness and I’m honestly feeling disrespected. It’s been nearly 2 weeks since trying making a transfer and not only does April not seem to know where my money is, but she keeps saying she’ll call back and then waits until the weekend or closing time to essentially say she won’t be able to help me. Also continually complaining to me the system is new as if I should feel bad she’s needing to learn on the job when I’m out thousands of dollars for weeks and she’s clearly more concerned about it inconveniencing her than the customer. If I have to reexplain my situation to you every time I call, clearly you’re not listening or incompetent but either way I do not feel heard or helped as a customer.
