“I received a bike in the mail for my son and it came in a few sections. Frustrated and annoyed after work during a heat wave, I called Berkshire. My son and I were trying to get him on the road. We didn't have the right tools and I didn't have the patience. The moment someone picked up the phone they helped us. Although it was short notice, they told us to come in. We arrived with the bike and left it in their hands. We went out to eat to cool us off and calm my nerves. Fast forward, an hour after the initial call and lunch, he had a new bike. They made it better than it was shipped and safe for my teenager to ride. Keith and Ian deserve all good things in life. Bring them your business and trust they know what they're doing.
