“The Geek Squad far exceeded my expectations! They were fast, thorough, reliable, and knowledgeable. They did such a great job on my first computer that I brought in a second one. The first computer had a malware virus. I didn’t think I could ever trust it to be malware-free. Joe ran a deep malware scan for rootkits and bootkits. Though it wasn’t necessary, he also changed the internal hard drive at my request. When he was done, I felt 100% confident my computer was safe to use again. My second computer, brand-new (not bought at Best Buy), had suddenly become sluggish. James and Joe at the GS worked on it to remove malware and to restore a corrupted operating system. When I picked it up in the store, Keyana explained in detail everything they had done and how it had likely become corrupted. A really expert and nice team.”

John, the owner, and Ray have provided top-tier customer service from day one. They always call back when they say they will, work around my schedule, and are incredibly accommodating. “I originally came into the mall tonight to get quotes from other phone carriers to get a lower phone bill. I then decided to pop into T-mobile last minute to ask some questions regarding my account and to see what could be done. Will ended up being the one to help me and he was great from start to finish. He was kind, honest, and knowledgeable with the issues I presented to him regarding my account. Will even stood a little after his closing time to make sure neither of us left until the issues on my account were resolved, which I appreciated immensely because he didn’t have to do that. He cared and took the time out to explain everything and we ended up getting everything resolved, along with also changing my plan and lowering my plan to. Will is a great & very professional employee and I am so happy he was the one that was able to help me!!!”

“Josh is my hero!!! Arrived at the airport and suddenly my phone screen is ULTRA MAGNIFIED — so much so I can’t access anything. Voice commands bring me back to locked Home Screen that I couldn’t unlock. I use my iPad to get to my boarding pass and come inside the terminal to try and figure this out. I see an iStore and go in for help. Josh was so patient and within minutes he figured out what was going on ( He dbl-tapped the screen with 3 fingers& voila! ) Crisis averted and I’m on my way!”

I was disappointed to find that there were no offers or incentives available to me as a long-time Verizon customer and older retiree (even my old phone was ineligible for a trade-in rebate). In addition, while I didn't know it at the time, I was given inaccurate information in a chat on the Verizon site prior to going to pick up my phone. Not exactly a happy customer. All that changed when I got to the WestFarms Mall store. Everyone greeted me warmly and got right to work assisting me with setup. Adriana and Manny were especially friendly and accommodating, making sure that setup went smoothly. Adriana patiently completed data transfer while I waited. They set a good example -- and earned my 5 star rating -- for Verizon, the company, of positive customer service.”

Local drivers are getting faster and having more accidents, that's not 711's fault.There is always a Slurpee machine working, the Taquito selection is always on point, and the staff are some of the most helpful people around.”
