“Josh is my hero!!! Arrived at the airport and suddenly my phone screen is ULTRA MAGNIFIED — so much so I can’t access anything. Voice commands bring me back to locked Home Screen that I couldn’t unlock. I use my iPad to get to my boarding pass and come inside the terminal to try and figure this out. I see an iStore and go in for help. Josh was so patient and within minutes he figured out what was going on ( He dbl-tapped the screen with 3 fingers& voila! ) Crisis averted and I’m on my way!”

The website could not identify either phone during the trade-in process even though they had been verified before my purchase. I am writing to express my concern regarding the hygiene standards at your establishment. I have recently observed several customers and staff members failing to wash their hands after using the restroom facilities.
While I understand the difficulty of monitoring personal hygiene, I would like to suggest the following measures to help maintain a cleaner environment and prevent the spread of bacteria:
1. Hire bathroom attendants to sanitize facilities and provide reminders to guests to wash their hands.
2. Assign associates to specific aisles to monitor the handling of merchandise and offer hand sanitizer to customers before they touch food, drinks, or other items.
While hygiene is a personal choice at home, public spaces require higher standards to ensure community health. I believe that implementing these measures will significantly contribute to a healthier environment for everyone.

“The Geek Squad far exceeded my expectations! They were fast, thorough, reliable, and knowledgeable. They did such a great job on my first computer that I brought in a second one. The first computer had a malware virus. I didn’t think I could ever trust it to be malware-free. Joe ran a deep malware scan for rootkits and bootkits. Though it wasn’t necessary, he also changed the internal hard drive at my request. When he was done, I felt 100% confident my computer was safe to use again. My second computer, brand-new (not bought at Best Buy), had suddenly become sluggish. James and Joe at the GS worked on it to remove malware and to restore a corrupted operating system. When I picked it up in the store, Keyana explained in detail everything they had done and how it had likely become corrupted. A really expert and nice team.”
