This is my first time getting a hearing aid. Everything was explained to me. They showed me the different styles and told me the pros and cons of each. They recommended a style and based on their explanation, I understand why it is the best style for my type of hearing loss.

This is my first experience with a hearing center. I have had some positive interaction with staff in this center but also felt attention (and time) was lacking during some visits. This office has had some difficulties due to a fire and office relocation. It’s hard to say rather that’s part of the problem. Hoping my overall experience improves.
