Journey of Yoga offers 20 live weekly classes either online or in a beautiful sun filled space seven days a week with knowledgeable and caring instructors. We teach people of all ages, abilities, and levels of experience. Drop-ins, class passes and memberships are available. One-on-one lessons, frequent workshops, opportunities for in-depth study, and other special events complement our ongoing schedule. We also offer Massage, Thai Yoga, Reiki, and Ayurvedic health consultations in a dedicated healing room.
