“I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude to Alvana and Jenn, who assisted my son at the West Hartford Quest office located at 970 Farmington Ave, West Hartford, Connecticut, on May 18th. My son has profound autism and is nonverbal. He is extremely fearful of needles and blood tests have always been a huge challenge.
On the morning of May 18th, we visited the Quest office at the West Hartford center. Initially, my son was very anxious and uncooperative. Alvana and Jenn were incredibly patient and understanding.
