“I had an issue with my shifter and was able to get my car towed here on a Monday. I told them what I thought the issue was and was told they wouldn't have time to look at it until Wednesday. They not only got time to look at it early, but next dayed a part so that I was able to pick it up Wednesday afternoon and they gave me updates every step of the way. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Good, honest mechanics are hard to come by and Burhoe's is definitely that.”

“Had several services performed including: Tire & TPMS replacement, wheel balancing and alignment, front brake rotors & pads replacement, single caliper replacement, rear shocks replacement. Bill provided me with a very reasonable estimate for the aforementioned items as well as rear braking system (e.g drums, shoes, emergency/parking brake). Bill advised me when the work would be completed and his team finished on time. I will be going back to Monro for my future automotive needs.”

Last time I was here, they quickly replaced my battery after diagnosing an issue with my car, which completely solved the problem. Today, they did a routine oil change. The staff actively help me decide which services I need during my visit each time and help me plan for the next visit if they notice a shift in conditions. I appreciate the kindness—great vibes! “They recently serviced my Civic for bad tires and a failing serpentine belt. The service was done within a day and the loaner car was a life saver. Many places won’t do that anymore. Not only did they diagnose the original problem, but looked the whole car over and gave me fair estimates on potential future repairs at no additional cost.
