I was pleasantly surprised when the staff had my vehicle ready much sooner than expected. They found a nail in my tire, patched it, and completed the repair at no charge. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the entire visit. I appreciate the excellent customer service and highly recommend them!”

“I made an appointment to get 2 new tires. Milton and Jose at BJ's Tires took a look at the two tires I was keeping and noted that the newer model of my Michelin tire had a completely different tread design that would affect the quality of the ride I would have so they let me know this up front. So I didn't get those tires but instead waited on their research. Later in the day they found tires with the same tread design and they ordered them for me. I'm in the process of setting up an appointment. I want to thank Milton and Jose for taking the time to pay attention to the finer details of buying tires. Excellent customer service.”
