I love how easy it is to return most of my items. Most of the time I don't even have to package or print anything making it so much easier for me to bring my packages to UPS. All I have to do is bring the package and assigned QR code and it's quick, easy, and the staff is always friendly.

So. About this ups store guarantee… per the stated guarantee: When we pack and ship your items using materials purchased from The UPS Store, we'll cover the cost of packing and shipping plus the value of your items, if lost or damaged.
To start this was a move from CT to Florida in May 2022. I was moving down there for school. It would have cost $6000 just to rent a truck, more expensive if I hired a company. So I decided to just move what I could fit in my car.
I chose to ship the two items that were worth shipping via this UPS store. I paid for them to pack it and ship it. It cost over $500 to cover my Tv and bike. The Tv was a year old and cost over $1600 at the time and the bike was worth over $3000. Rick made me feel like he would do a good job packing those two items and I felt good about shipping them.
So, when I went to the store in Fort Myers to pick up these items about 10 days later; the manager of the store told me to take pics of the items since there was obvious damage to the packaging. The bike packaging looked fine. I only learned of major scratch damage to the bike later on due to improper packing materials. I never sought a claim on the bike. But the TV, I requested a claim immediately.
Rick collected all the pictures, original receipt for the TV on 5/20/2022. Since then, I have called at least monthly to followup with my claim. Every single time Rick gives me a different excuse. And at least 3 times, he has told me that the claim went through and I should be getting a check. When he is not available, he has never returned even one call from me.
I used to think Rick was a good guy but nowadays it just seems as if I was being conned all along.
*Shipper beware!*
If they break it, you will never even see the reimbursement of the packing and shipping costs; forget the reimbursement of the item!

Dropping off an Amazon return was fast and easy…I was in and out of the store in 60 seconds with no hassle whatsoever. Great service!

Amazing service - above and beyond! We needed a yard sign printed same day and when I called even though they were unable to do it, Rick reached out to his contact at Signs Plus in East Granby, sent them our artwork, and facilitated the whole thing so we were able to get it right away.I can't say enough good things about our experience with this store but more specifically Rick - thank you so much!

I have been buying things from all different kinds of sites. When amazon, usps, etc send items its fine no problems. The moment ups gets a hold of my packages they tend to go brain dead. They tell me my address is wrong or it will get delayed for days cause no one is there at my house. These guys always give me trouble while other competitors do it flawlessly. Ups is a joke, still waiting on another package as usual.

Googled free fax near me UPS store comes up first, I go to store kid behind the counter faxes my documents then tells me it's $1.00 a page. Should have told me the cost BEFORE faxing!
