Absolutely the most God awful post office I've ever had to unfortunately deal with, constantly loses mail, front desk people almost never have any idea what's going on and recently they've been marking my mail as undeliverable and returning it to sender which is absolutely ridiculous if I could give a negative star rating I would

For the first time in my life, I enjoyed visiting a post office! I have never met such kind and polite staff! I thought that heroes can be not only policemen and firemen but also all these wonderful people who do their job honestly with love and kindness, forgetting about their personal problems. God bless these holy people!

I was so nice when I came in looking for a package and the manager was so disrespectful to me. She kept speaking to me like I was dumb for even coming in cause the package was supposed to be sent to w. Simsbury, but was in fact at the Simsbury location.
Really disappointing, especially as someone who is young going to the USPS can be so stressful.

Last week I visited your location and your representative told me that he would be able to just look over my application for a new passport. He explained that he has worked there for 10 years and he was very specific hours including his lunch break hour.
He said you can come when he is not on lunch.
He never told me to make an appointment.
He was rather polite, I thought and very detailed.
Fast-forward today, I went to see him, waited in line and he was utterly rude.
He spoke very slowly and loudly to me as if I was deaf or illiterate.
I was quiet and composed. I explained to him what he told me before and he said no you’re supposed to make an appointment and if you’re arguing with me, which I was not, I am not serving you.
United States postal Service should be represented by Educated Inclusiveness people that are not discriminating and rude.
He had an audience of all white patrons and I felt he thought he could dummy down his speech showing “power”, Because in his words, he has worked there for 10 years.
I will never go to this Postal Service office again.
I will go to Next town , West Hartford or Farmington. The service is phenomenal or even Enfield or Manchester, but Not Simsbury.

I had my passport photo taken here the other day. Rich was so helpful, nice, and efficient through the whole process. He took a great photo, got all the forms together and packaged, and helped two other customers at the same time. It was excellent all around.

I had a change of address.The lady w light hair was annoyed when I asked. Then said leave it there. She never processed my change of address. She was rude and I had feeling she did not change it. I went whole month w no mail. I wish I knew her name I would mention her!

I have been going to this Post office for years and have had good experiences. Once in a while, I've noticed one staff who was a bit moody, but we are all human. She has improved her attitude, so I wouldn't judge all the staff according to someone's bad day. The people at this Post Office are really good people, in my experience. We all have bad days, trust me I've had a few, yet I they have been super kind.

Awful, rude employees, and refuse to deliver my mail suddenly after 2.5 years of living in the same apartment. The reason? "Not secure location." Again, this is after 2.5 years and hundreds of deliveries. I sincerely wish they would get canned. Obama should have let the USPS fail. I would be happy knowing that these "people" went hungry. If this was a private business, it would have gone under years ago. Unbelievable.
