Worst Walgreens in the area. They can't get anything right. I went 3x in one day for my prescription and it was incorrect each time. I'm switching pharmacies immediately.

Made an appointment online and came in early, was told to come back the next day because they were too busy, very poorly ran facility and as an aside the balding overweight man behind the pharmacy counter should consider finding new employment as it seems any task is enough to get him huffing and puffing.

Terrible service in the pharmacy, got turned away after waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes because they had to go on lunch. Fix your policies or hire more employees

Have consistently experienced long delays for getting prescriptions filled at this location. Most recently, after their phone system told me that a prescription was ready, I went to pick it up and was told it was not ready. It ended up taking a couple of weeks after that before it was actually ready. When we finally picked it up, we were given the wrong prescription and didn't notice until we got home. They would not give a refund and told me it was my fault for walking out the door before verifying it was right. They just acted annoyed with me that I was frustrated with this entire situation. I overheard the lead pharmacist respond to his co-worker "I'm not talking to him, that's not my problem". After this and seeing all the similar stories in these reviews, will be taking my business elsewhere.

Constantly out of stock, inconsistent pricing where I am sure they overcharged me to retaliate for me complaining about repeated incorrect script filling. Unable to take a note to prevent substitutes. Overall, if this was an independent store it would be out of business.

Walgreens in Canton closed down and my prescriptions were transferred to Walgreens in Avon. The staff are professional and courteous. I did have a issue on my Doctors end with a prescription and Walgreens handled it in a timely manner.

Easily the rudest pharmacy staff I’ve ever dealt with. Completely unwilling to help, even if you have literal instructions from a doctor or manufacturer on what THEY have to do if something isn’t right.

I do not even know how to make people understand that this is by far the worst store I have ever experienced. I am blown away every time I need to deal with them how incompetent the staff is.

Signed up online for a vaccine. Arrived on time. Made to wait 20 minutes despite no line at Pharmacy. Then asked for insurance- provided card. At that point, half an hour into this process, they said they would not give me the flu vaccine. The sign outside said "free flu shots "
