I do not even know how to make people understand that this is by far the worst store I have ever experienced. I am blown away every time I need to deal with them how incompetent the staff is.

Signed up online for a vaccine. Arrived on time. Made to wait 20 minutes despite no line at Pharmacy. Then asked for insurance- provided card. At that point, half an hour into this process, they said they would not give me the flu vaccine. The sign outside said "free flu shots "

Disappointed again!! Last couple of year Walgreens pharmacy of bushy hill is getting worsened. My daughter been prescribed antibiotic, by one of the walk in clinic when it was time to pick it up I went to get it I been told it’s not ready and she need 2 hours to prepare it and only 20 minutes to closing and next day being national holiday they’ll be open fallowing day so earlier I’ll be able to get it was in two days. Than she suggested call the doctor to cancel prescription and choose or transfer to another pharmacy which was a long shot then one stuff member ( not a pharmacist) told me just search for 24 hours location give them a call and they will take care it and I did the person on the phone was so nice I drove half an hour to reach location but medication was ready by the time I went there and took me only 1 minute to get out if you have your kids or your self sick before holidays or time to close too closing do not choose this location because this is our third experience with this location it seams they start preparing prescription after people went in to pick up their medication

I do not know why I keep going to this Walgreens. I’ve been sticking it out because it’s a drive thru and I have small children, one being disabled so it is easier for me. But this is the worst location I’ve ever come across - just the pharmacy. They are always out of stock or having weird issues that you have to call in for that are easily resolved but this location makes you do extra steps because of their ineptitude to manage a pharmacy. Prescriptions usually take days extra to be filled compared to anywhere else.Today was another fun time trying to pick up my medication. I get to the drive thru an hour or so before closing and I see a sign that says “Pharmacist not on duty cannot dispense medications”. I called and asked why there was no pharmacist on duty. They said there is one on duty but just the drive thru is closed.. why is the drive thru closed? What about disabled patients? Also why not just put up a sign that is accurate. They are lazy and don’t want to help customers I guess today because why not! They literally operate in an unhinged and disorganized manner that suits their lackadaisical employees, not their patients/customers. Every negative review is 100% accurate. I’m surprised people haven’t said worse. Probably because dealing with the pharmacy is truly exhausting and requires a lot of extra effort that should not be necessary. I think they should shut this location down because it’s a mess.

The worst customer service! I called to see if my prescription was ready. It took the pharmacy 55 minutes to answer my call after calling from multiple devices. At the end to hear that it wasn't. I don't understand how busy could they be within those 55 minutes.

They should just close the pharmacy, nasty employees, they send texts or emails that scrips are ready you get there they aren't ready. Then that's your fault you question why the email or text!

Painful ordering because if you need phone assistance be prepared for at least 30 minutes maybe multiply calls and pickup leave plenty of time. more like blowout time on calendar instead of "pickup"

Pharmacist, Regina is fantastic! Calm, knowledgable, explains things clearly. Reaches out to my dr & works with my insurance. Although there is a pharmacy closer to me, I travel to Simsbury for her excellent service and kindness.

I have been without my medication for over a month because every time I try to get the needles I was prescribed, they tell me they've been ordered and should arrive the next business day, and when I call back that next day, the prescription has been wiped from my profile with no call to me. I just got off the phone with a pharmacist, and they couldn't tell me why this had happened, and could not seem to guarantee it would not happen again. They told me to call back, instead of saying they would call me back, as is supposed to happen. I highly recommend choosing any other pharmacy.

This pharmacy hasn't been 24 hours in OVER 4 years and I know as I've been a "patient" for 20 years. The pharmacy has continued to shorten their hours for a decade (7am-11pm was still convenient). Now the pharmacy is in a state of disaster, just in the past several months it's been a mass exodus of technicians and the past 2 Pharmacy Managers QUIT when the hours dwindled down to M-F 9am to 7pm, with the same work demand. I'm disgusted in how Walgreens as a company SO poorly treats their experienced Pharmacists and technicians. Good luck getting a prescription filled, you'll be waiting for DAYS, even for a standing refill. Now the pharmacy has all "floating" Pharmacists with no knowledge of the regular patients. Even the store manager is back there trying to help, but it's a sinking boat! Go anywhere else and you'll get better service. It's NOT the people it's WALGREENS!!

I moved here 18 months ago. Initially, this Walgreens was at least average. Since then, there have been nothing but problems: out of stock medications, understaffed, 2 day wait times, controlled medications not filled in a timely order. Every time I know rxs have been sent to them from a doctor, I have to call them and stay on top of every one. I take a lot of medications. My insurance has paid them over $100K this year and the service (with the exception of 2 techs) has been abysmal. I know whatof I speak. I'm a nationally certified pharmacy technician with over 20 years experience at a competing pharmacy. If you have one non urgent prescription which you can wait up to 3 days for, certainly use this pharmacy. I'm switching to a less convenient competitor, as much trouble as that will be, and Walgreens is losing a $125K customer. By the way, complaints to corporate went nowhere and they just shortened the hours to closing at 7 on weekdays. I'm done!

Like any other business the employees try their best to sever you. Give them a break hard to please everyone but they try . Respect them thank them they are human too. Sort staff at times they try to please. If your not happy then joined the team and work there find out what's it's like
