“My car was damaged in a drive by hit and run and I brought my car here for repairs. They went above and beyond and were very communicative and kind! As a female I’m a bit timid when it comes to mechanic work, but the woman who answered the phone was so patient with me since this was my first time needing repair work through my insurance and answered all my questions. They replaced my door and all the extra items I had on it, cleaned the inside and outside, matched my paint job perfectly, even on some spots that were slightly outside the original damage from the claim. I will definitely come back here and suggest this place to friends and family. I’m very happy with my overall experience and glad I went here and supported a family business. 5+ stars! THANK YOU!”
“We discovered that there had been a 'hit and run' somewhere in a parking lot, took out our fog lights on the passenger side......we were told 2-3 days to repair and repaint. “I brought my car to Bodywork’s Unlimited in East Longmeadow because the paint was peeling in three different spots and I also needed my front and rear lips paint matched. They did a really good job — the paint match came out great and everything looks smooth and professional. Turnaround time was about a week, which I thought was reasonable, and the price was fair as well. Overall, I’m very happy with the work and would definitely recommend them.”

“To me, the BEST. We live nearby in Longmeadow and have had a Minivan, Altima and two Mercedes repaired at Felix's with varying degrees of damage. Bill is a superior mechanic. They are organized, timely, super fastidious and very skilled. Paint work is excellent. Most importantly, this shop is fair with pricing and honest as the day is long. Some of these we paid out of pocket and they knew how to keep the costs down. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Also, great detail shop.”

“I can't say enough good things about George's Auto Body! The one down side is that the repair took a bit longer than normal. BUT the work was absolutely fantastic, and they gave my car a thorough interior detailing for free as well! They took care of some other scratches near the damaged areas, and tossed in free windshield wipers to boot! George kept me informed about what was done. When I picked up my car, he reviewed everything that he did. He told me he would bill the insurance directly for anything that was nto covered by the estimate. I will definately go here if I ever need body repair again!!!! My car looks great inside and out! Thanks so much, George and staff!!!!!”

“Balise Collision did a marvelous job on the repairs to our 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. The work was performed on time and was true to the estimate they had provided. The front bumper and front right quarter panel were replaced and the car is now as good as new. “I use Rt83 for Fluid film touch ups every year on my internal combustion vehicles to keep the Oxide Demon (rust) away. They do a great job. They communicate clearly to get your vehicle scheduled and get the job done in under an hour. They take care to get all of the voids and crevices that could develop rust from road salt. The pricing is very fair and favors return business.
Most cars are disposable these days. But for the few that are worth owning long-term, get them into rt83 for fluid film rust prevention every year. You won’t regret it, and your mechanic will appreciate not having to fight corroded fasteners too!”

“After 25 plus years in the garage, my beloved 1952 MG TD was in serious need of help. I had expected it to be my retirement project but the restoration was beyond my ability. The issues were numerous and required a wide range of expertise to address. Just a few examples include the engine, which had seized, the upholstery, which had been completely destroyed by mice, the convertible top, which needed replacement, and the gas tank, which had rotted out.Enfield Auto Restoration is nearby and conveniently located for me. They were, therefore, an obvious first choice when searching for a restoration shop. I initially met with Ray, the owner, to discuss my car and get a tour. I was very impressed and actually amazed at some of the work they were doing. It was a complete shop that included separate areas for for such things as upholstery, paint, metal fabrication, and wood.One of the first things that they worked on was the gas tank, which on my car is on the exterior. They were able to cut out the bad area and weld in new metal that they had shaped to the original curved contour. In the end, it was a perfect job. My car remained there for the rest of the winter while they addressed the other issues, typically moving around in various sections of the shop. My MG is now back on the road and I'm very happy with the results, especially after all the years it spent in my garage.With regard to the billing, the bills typically came once a month by mail. Each bill included an itemized list of parts and materials, work performed, man hours and labor cost. In some cases, they also included photographs of the work. The billed hours always seemed reasonable for the work preformed. I also know that they keep careful track of the time spent on the job. Each technician clocks in and out on a computer when working on a particular car.I would recommend Enfield Auto Restoration. This is a friendly and honest shop. It is owned and operated by real car people. I would also be remiss if I didn't mention Rick, the shop manager. On more than one occasion, Rick exceeded my expectations when it came to customer service. Thanks Rick!”
“Lyndale Garage charged me only $50 to replace my fog light bulbs, while another shop quoted me over $240 for the exact same job. I called Lyndale to make an appointment and they told me to come in the same day. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. I’m really impressed with their service — the employees are friendly, honest, and really know their stuff. These guys are real mechanics! I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need work done again.”
