“I had a wonderful experience setting up my storage rental thanks to Iris, who went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. She was not only professional and efficient but also incredibly kind and patient when I had a lot of questions. I was trying to choose between storage rentals and she was really helpful in that process. I am grateful she followed up with her manager to ensure every detail of my rental agreement was handled perfectly. Her attention to detail and follow-up with me has made moving much less stressful.
The facility itself is also excellent - super clean, climate controlled (the AC is working great at the time of writing this review), and the place is easy to navigate. The lanes between units have plenty of space for parking and unloading. It’s in a good, safe neighborhood, so I feel comfortable accessing my unit anytime. Overall, a great experience from start to finish and I am really grateful for Iris for making me feel confident this was the right choice for what I need from storage right now.”
“I had a fantastic experience with Matt at the storage facility! He helped me find the right-sized unit at a very fair price, and even matched the online rate, which I really appreciated.
Matt took the time to walk me through the agreement and showed me two different unit sizes to help me decide.
He went above and beyond to get me a unit close to an exit, which is perfect since I’ll be moving things in and out myself.

“I rented a 10' x 15' unit here for many years. I relocated from another storage place nearby as the price here was much cheaper. The unit was much cleaner and better quality than the previous one. It also was sealed better to keep out the elements. Ed and his wife, the owners were always friendly and accommodating. 24 hour access with a pass code at the gate if needed. I highly recommend Easter Longmeadow Self Storage. Reasonable pricing.”

Being a student and new to the city, it was hard for me to adapt and figure out where and how to rent a storage unit. Lockwood Storage has helped me a lot from the beginning to the end. Sitterly sent out five really funny, friendly, affable guys and a big truck to my place and they were super fast and efficient in terms of taking stuff apart and being up front with what they did and didn't feel comfortable moving out of my place. They packed up my extensive clothing collection and worked really hard for me all day. Thank you guys so much!! I'll definitely be using Sitterly next time.”

“I had my unit for almost a year now. I encountered a rodent issue that has since been resolved and reimbursed for items lost due to contamination. After this incident, things have been great and have had no signs of critters in my unit! Steve is very easy to contact despite not being onsite. Just a quick text or a phone call and he’s right there! I’m so grateful to have a facility near me that’s open 24/7”
