Never had any issues accessing, and responsive customer service - I lost my key when moving out and they quickly were able to cut my lock for me with no extra charge. Only opportunity I see: monthly prices are raised intermittently, and without any sort of communication (except on invoice itself). Would be nice to know when my monthly fees are increasing, and to understand the reason why.”

“I rented a 10' x 15' unit here for many years. I relocated from another storage place nearby as the price here was much cheaper. The unit was much cleaner and better quality than the previous one. It also was sealed better to keep out the elements. Ed and his wife, the owners were always friendly and accommodating. 24 hour access with a pass code at the gate if needed. I highly recommend Easter Longmeadow Self Storage. Reasonable pricing.”

“They just moved me out of my apartment into a condo in Northampton and they absolutely nailed it. Sitterly sent out five really funny, friendly, affable guys and a big truck to my place and they were super fast and efficient in terms of taking stuff apart and being up front with what they did and didn't feel comfortable moving out of my place. They packed up my extensive clothing collection and worked really hard for me all day. Thank you guys so much!! I'll definitely be using Sitterly next time.”

After this incident, things have been great and have had no signs of critters in my unit! Steve is very easy to contact despite not being onsite.
