“The staff at the South Windham location really helped me out after I was turned away from a different rental car/truck business, after I had made an online reservation a week in advance. I called this located and spoke to Penn, she said she would look into finding the truck I needed. She called back within an hour and said another Hertz location could transfer the vehicle to the South Windham Hertz by 2p.m. that day, if I was still interested. She explained the fees and coverage options. Both Penn and Jamalynn were extremely helpful and professional at pickup and drop off. I am very appreciative!”
