Rude employees that are in desperate need of Customer Service Training, especially middle-aged woman with dark short hair. I will drive an extra 30 minutes to go to the West Farms store that has much nicer emoloyees and a cleaner welcoming store.

I’ve had several issue placing orders online. I went into the South Windsor store in Evergreen walk for some help. Tina took the time to make some phone calls and resolve the issue while I shopped in this beautiful store. I am so thankful she was able to finally fix the issue after so much frustration. Perfect example of exceptional customer care. Love this store and so thankful for Tina’s help.

Would be 5 stars if I could afford to buy a single thing from their store. Everything is beautiful

I love the smell of the candles when you walk in. And the mannequins are dressed in fabulous outfits.

Anthropologie is a very unique and eclectic place. It covers your clothing, accessories, home, and wedding needs. It is a part of Urban and Free People, among other stores under the Urban brand. I enjoy shopping here, the store offers a variety of clothing item that is fit for any occasion, and as a bonus, I always receive excellent customer service.

HORRIBLE customer service. Only leaving one star because otherwise I couldn’t leave comment. Pretty sure, women with dark hair, working 6/11/23, maybe manager, has no control over anything in her life, so she must use her job as a form of exercising any controlling authority. What a joke. She needs training. I’m an Anthro customer for 20+ years. No longer. If there is a District Manager, they need to get to that store stat!

I love shopping here! One of the only stores where staff gives you a sincere greeting when you enter the store. They just put out lots of fun new clothes and accessories, so it's a great time to check the sale racks in back.Fun, fanciful displays are worth the trip. And if you are walking around Evergreen Walk they have water for your pup.

**** Negative One Star*** Unwelcoming, rude and unprofessional. This place was absolutely racially profiling against minorities. My husband and I (African American/Asian) upon walking in the ladies gave us a blank stare. No greetings. But followed us around the store and not saying a word to us. Yet a male associate who appears to be the manager. Was at the checkout counter. Clearly Ignored us while we waiting in a line for at least 5-10 mins it was ONLY US at the checkout. He was chatting with his coworkers and purposely ignored us. Finally another cashier helped us. And when another customer got in line He immediately rung them up without hesitation. Both my husband and I are very much educated and career oriented professionals. Today’s experience was despicable and disgraceful especially for a retailer that has multi cultural products in their store. Corporate offices will be contacted by Monday morning.

My favorite store! I prefer the South Windsor store over the West Farms Mall store.

Anthropologie is one of the most beautiful looking stores I've come across, especially one that's amongst typical, mall type of commercial stores. They sell home items and women's clothing, there's isn't a men's or children's section in Anthropologie. I can only imagine, if they had a kids section, how dreamy it would be. I like the South Windsor store, because it's generally easier to navigate and it's much less busy then the Westfarms location. I immediately gravitate towards the home section, the mugs, the dishes, the decorative towels, all sorts of nicknacks. Anthropologie is a costly store, particularly their clothing, a lot of it is in bold prints, and heavy fabrics, it's either for a particular occasion or a specific type of dresser. However, their home items are very much my style, and they're more appropriately priced, and can sometimes be found on sale. The staff is always pleasant, they've helped me locate and order an item they didn't have in stock. Right now during the holidays, the store is so tastefully decorated, and the ornaments they sell are really sweet! I love this store, I if you don't buy anything, just enjoy looking at all the lovely things!

Unwelcoming. I would never visit this location again. It was a total negative experience. They definitely need help with how to treat customers. The woman working with me seemed very irritated and showed it throughout the whole transaction. If a star rating was not required to give this review they would not have gotten any. Very unprofessional ?
