Looked at used vehicle today at Atkins garage, It was not exactly what I was looking for so I did not purchase, The owner was really helpful and honest which is rare these days. I would highly recommend based on that.

Hi got an excellent deal and responsive service from Atkins and the salesman who helped me, Hector. They were willing to work with me on getting the car I ended up buying to my preferred garage, Even though it was 20+ miles away in New Britain. My garage did a tip to toe review, very thorough, and even though the car I bought had over 220,000 miles on it, they pronounced it to be what I felt like it was from test driving it, clean as a whistle. I came to this hoping to get a good car that would last me a couple of years and serve me well, while keeping my cost down. Check on all those boxes. My garage had nothing but high praise for Hector in finding the diamond in the rough that is my new, used car. Spotless, well cared for, Hector did a great job finding it, helped me get to the comfort zone I needed to buy it. Call me one satisfied customer. Thank you!

A no-nonsense dealership! No high pressure sales! You pay what is posted. Dre allowed me to use my scanner to check for any codes! He even drove the car back to my house as I had no way of getting it home! They don't register your car but they will send you to a place that does! I enjoyed my dealings with them!

Excellent garage to deal with!!! To the guy Paul I gave you a great price on Subaru 3k and your response was I have other cars to look at I’ll get in contact with you in a few days. Don’t leave negative reviews if you can’t get your way you should’ve left a deposit. Simple as that. We don’t hold any cars for any customer with no deposit!!!!! Lesson learned!!!

I was interested in a car I saw listed on Facebook marketplace. I called the guy selling the car (Andre) and asked about a few specifics about how the car was optioned (sunroof, cruise control, ect) and the condition of the car. After driving 2 hours to go see the car, turns out Andre had lied about the options and did not include photos of the interior on the original ad, which was in far worse condition in person. Ended up wasting 4 hours and a full tank of gas.

Go there look at a car told me what he would sell it for a orice, told him I would think about it. 2 hours later said he won't sell it for that price. That's not how you do business, then gives a smart remark "should have bought it then" if I leave to go get money surley I would have gotten same message. Shady way to do business. Never go to this place.
