“I really had a great experience with Cusson! I am a small business owner with several specialized Mercedes vans that run into problems frequently unfortunately. This was the first time we’ve used them and I really appreciated that the technicians listened to my concerns, took detailed notes, got me in quickly, and fixed my problem fast without charging an arm and a leg. When I picked up my vehicle they showed me the broken part they replaced and the whole team (even the owner) came around to talk to me about my business needs and what they could do to help! Everyone seems down-to-earth and personable, plus they genuinely take the time to listen. “From when I first entered Caliber Collision, it was immediate assistance. To immediate action taken to start the process of repairing my vehicle. Adjuster was called information was sent. Appointment was made. I returned to drop off vehicle. Enterprise was waiting to pick me up to take me to Enterprise to take of Car Rental Paperwork. Cassandra was very helpful and was very transparent with the repair process. Work was complete in a timely fashion. And I went from rental car to my car a very smooth and painless transition.
