“Emily and Nate are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have incredible expertise in all things biking, and they took the time to answer all of my questions. Their prices are very fair, as they give you all the info you need to only buy what you want (no pressure at all). Highly recommend!!!!”

“Great customer service. Got a sale price on a quality Trek bike for my son. They talked through the different options and didn’t try to pressure a certain model. They took the time so that we understood what we were getting and make sure it was the best choice. Wanted it in a different color than what they had in stock, so they ordered it and assembled it in a couple of days.”

“Have not been on a bike for years, where to start? Checked out a few bike shops, but when I stepped into Cycling Concepts, WOW. So many bikes to choose from, and Keith was wonderful. He asked questions to determine what type of riding I would be doing and found the perfect bike for me, could not have felt more comfortable on a bike, like was made for me. He got the frame size exactly correct, adjustments to seats etc. were spot on. I never felt pressured to purchase anything, and trying different bikes was no inconvenience for Keith. Although he did not have my perfect bike in correct frame size in shop, he sourced one out, said two weeks max, and to the day, picked up my new bike. This shop not only has a huge selection of the best named bikes, caters to all types of riding, but makes your safety and proper fit a priority. I highly recommend the vast experience that this shop offers, from purchase to repairs, you can certainly ride with confidence. Enjoy!”
