My experience at Caliber Collision was outstanding from start to finish. The quality of the repair work was tremendous my vehicle looks absolutely perfect, like nothing ever happened. Daniel was especially awesome throughout the entire process. He was professional, communicative, and made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. The team clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows. I couldn’t be more satisfied and would highly recommend this location to anyone needing repairs.

I recently had a fantastic experience at caliber collision south Windsorwhile getting my car repaired, and I felt compelled to share my thoughts. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the shop's cleanliness; it was tidy and organized, creating a welcoming environment.
Cassie was my main point of contact, and she truly made the process smooth and enjoyable. Her knowledge of the repairs needed was impressive, and she took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I never felt rushed or uninformed, which made a significant difference in my overall experience.
The repair work on my vehicle was completed in a timely manner, and I appreciated how they handled the insurance process. It was seamless and stress-free, allowing me to focus on other things while they took care of everything.

I hit a deer and had my repairs done with Caliber through my insurance. Everyone I spoke to was extremely kind and attentive throughout the entire process. Very accommodating as well and kept me informed. They finished earlier than expected but were so understanding about me not being able to pick up early due to finances (high deductible). My car looked cleaner both inside and out than I remember leaving it, and looks brand new with the repairs they did. I genuinely think they actually raised my cars pre-collision value through this repair because of how much better it looks. Really hope I dont need them again any time soon but would not hesitate to use their services again, even without insurance involved.

Brought a vehicle and had the worst experience they just kept asking for more money every time and then gave me back vehicle with missing parts and tape still on vehicle parts misaligned wheels messed up etc wouldn’t recommend to bring car and we have other vehicles was going to let them handle our fleet of insurance accident vehicles now wouldn’t even think twice mind you it was a good car and insurance job and they completely dropped the ball! One of the worse experiences I’ve had in a while up there with worse in life and it was a $18,000+ job that we trusted them with that’s dealer prices minus the dealer quality! I have had back yard work that was cleaner and way faster with better customer service skills. If you have a choice to go elsewhere please do this is a real review they completely did a money grab on the insurance money and didn’t care about us the customer!
Ps messed up our key fob too and didn’t want to replace it denying having anything to do with it we for sure gave a complete key and they even re tagged it. Why not mention when turning vehicle in to take note of key fob? After all the money they stole from insurance you would think they would make it right nope!

Daniel (the assingned person to my case) was very helpful, attentive, great communication, updated me every step of the way, handled everything with the insurance company, as well as the rental company and made this process so easy and smooth. Caliber Collision was one of the recommended shop by my insurance company. Insurance company sent me repair paperwork via email and clearly instructed me to give that paperwork to body shop and body shop should take over from there and give me an appointment to drop my car off. I took two buses and walked one mile to get to their shop. Nobody was at reception. Someone who was sitting inside the office called me in. I explained him everything and gave him a paperwork from insurance company. Guy barely looked at paperwork and gave it back to me. HE REFUSED TO ACCEPT IT. He wanted me to call my insurance company and have my insurance company send them everything electronically. ENTIRE PURPOSE BEHIND CHOOSING AN INSURANCE PREFERRED SHOP WAS CONVENIENCE. If I as a customer have to do everything, that defeats the purpose. They could have get in the touch with my insurance company for me and requested anything they need. Ended up going to different shop.
