I took my car to Caliber collision after a small cosmetic fender bender, and they were great. Timely and informative, not to mention extremely helpful -- My car's battery totally died while being in the shop (alternator issue) and Dave and the caliber team came out to take a look after our business was done. They also took my car back in the shop, charged it and made sure it was safe to drive, all out of the kindness of their own hearts. Caliber is the epitome of professionalism and service beyond service. 5/5, would go back any time!

I Finally found a good shop. As usual i was skeptical at first,wanting to make sure my car was in good hands and i wasnt getting played. But after coming here and seeing how cool everyone was and how good my car was cleaned. I couldnt have chose a better shop in the end. thank you guys!!

Won't ever do business again with this place... Workers here think people are dumb and say anything to get over.. I don't like doing business with crooks. Specially when they are charging top dollar for service

Daniel was my contact tech from beginning to e d. I was also going thru a health crisis during my vehicle repair and he not only showed concern for my repair but me as well and that meant a lot. Thank you Daniel and thank you Dwayne. My car looks fabulous. Caliber collision keep up the good work.

Daniel kept me up to date on every decision and installment and detail that took place and that was going to take place in the future. He kept me informed and was very authentically friendly and jolly . Very hard to find this great of customer service and repair man this day and age - he is a rare gem !

Had my Tiguan "repaired" there as they were the other insurances choice shop. Repairs took a half a week longer than they should have. The damage was to the 2 driver side doors. I now have a wavy door, you can see where the repair area is. Also mid way through the door there is a big C shaped imperfection that is obvious in light. The rear door has this wierd 45 degree line to the paint. They were supposed to replace the mirror cap, or at least refinish it. They did not. The cap had broken clips holding it on, im sure they just used some glue to stick it back on. The cap has the same scratches it did when the car was dropped off.
Edit, in response to them requesting I email them. Its been 2 emails, and a couple days and they have not bothered responding to email
Second Edit, its been almost a week, and 3 emails to their below address, callouts on Facebook and Instagram as well, and they have not contacted me back

I picked up the car for my husband. Saw it was yellow, not white. They the kid insisted I put the car in the shade, so the color would look better. I'm an AQE (quality engineer). Ripples in the paint too. Lied straight to my face saying the insurance company came out before the work was done, determined no structural damage was done to the door so we didn't need a new door. Charged the insurance company for a new mirror, nope. Put the bumper on so bad, I questioned him about it, he said, "well that's plastic, it never goes on the same." I'm like really? Guess what I do for a living? I work in plastics! He pushed me so hard for a positive review. Even got me a piece of paper with comments on it with all his cuddos. Guess what? The car isn't even road worthy. Makes you wonder how many other cars they cut corners on. Oh yeah, another lie, apparently all his coworkers in the shop and the insurance company gave the car thumbs up on the finished work. Yeah, no. And the final thing he told me, "it's the best we can do with what the insurance allowed us". WOW! PEOPLE PLEASE GET YOUR CARS RECHECKED BY A CERTIFIED BODY MECHANIC!

My 2nd time visiting them. Everyone was very nice and professional. Shane assisted me throughout the entire process. The work was perfectly done. No issues. My truck looked like nothing happened. Repair was 100% , Would highly recommend to anyone.

I got into a car accident two weeks ago. My car got towed to caliber Collision. Daniel handled my repairs, got my car back 5 days early and went above and beyond on the repairs. If you bring your car here ask for Daniel. He will take care of you!

Was involved in a collision and front bumper was damaged with headlight and paint work needed. Went through insurance recommended Caliber Collision in South Windsor. Was very happy with their service. Didn’t have to co-ordinate with insurance and only basic co ordination with rental car company as well. They kept me informed through the entire process and delivered the vehicle to me as promised within the timeframe. Daniel should receive a special mention here as he was very thorough and understanding and patient throughout the whole process making the overall process smooth and tolerable given the circumstances of an accident.
