Delivered package to wrong address 3 times. Picture is not my house..can't get through on the phone.. try chat and it keeps saying I'm busy trying again later..over and over..I say the tracking number over and over and the computer reads back a completely different number and hangs up

Garbage delivery service. Was told to deliver to an apartment building that says to call the front desk to be let in - doesn’t bother ONCE to call and decides to bring it back and forth from the holding center 4x before telling me they’re holding it until I come and get it. So incompetent it’s laughable.

After the box arrived sealed to the warehouse it mysteriously opened and my stuff got stolen prior to departure. BEWARE, FedEx warehouse is full of criminals.

I received a delivery this afternoon that was inexcusable. The driver parked on street, walked up to the the front walk and dropped the package on the grass and proceeded to kick it 6 to 7 feet across the grass hitting a concrete foundation wall. He then turned around and walked down the driveway back to his truck. This was all caught on my doorbell ring. He was talking on his phone with one hand and carrying the package with the other. I do not think he dropped it on purpose and that it was an accident. But what he did afterwards was so unprofessional and doesn't represent your company in a good light.

Driver was too lazy to come up the driveway so took a photo and said i wasn’t home! When i clearly was if he actually tried! Absolute bums… do your job instead of sit on your phone all day. We’re screwed these days, good luck all.

I tried the chat, then calling the local FedEx branch that was providing the local shipment, which also brought me to an automated system. The only way to solve a simple problem was to talk to a person, but nothing I said or wrote would bring me to a person. Eventually, I just had to hang up. My package will probably get shipped back to California because of the terrible FedEx system.

Awful, just awful. If I see a vendor utilizing fedex, I will find another vendor. This place in windsor connecticut has been horrendous. They give you a quoted time that they will deliver in which they need a signature, I had to leave work for this and they are just about 3 and a half hours past their time and nothing. Absolutely awful company

I called 5 times trying to talk to a representative and every time I went through all the prompts and was told thank you and call back later. Absolutely useless.

FedEx is one of the absolute worst, if not the worst, mail/package delivery companies. And, it’s mostly due to their lying driver, always claiming they attempted delivery, or claiming the address on the package being sent to you is wrong, they will tell any lie to justify why they have failed to even attempt to deliver your package. If it’s not those two common lies, then they deliverd your package to someplace else and mark AS IF that remotely proves that it was. Why businesses continue to utilize FedEx is beyond me. When I order something and the tracking is sent to me once it’s been shipped or the label had been created and I see it’s FedEx I cringe, because I already know there WILL BE some form of lying delivery issue, or delivered to the wrong address issue. I ordered a 360 Photo Booth, FedEx site says it couldn’t be delivered because they could not locate recipient, then it says the address is incorrect, both outright lies. The address is indeed correct, they just never attempted delivery. In fact when I called, and spoke to two separate customer service agents, my package is still at 40 Kennedy Rd. it has never been scanned out for delivery. I loath this company!!! I’m going to attempt to pick my package up!

This location is ridiculous! I had a package for work that was sent to be over-nighted from a supplier. Everything was good until my package got to this south Windsor location. They have been in possession of it for 4 days. 3 days they chose not to deliver the package, and the 4th they claim they tried to deliver but no one was at the address to receive it. So I call for help, the 1st thing I’m told is that there is no account number for my package?? Never have I needed an account number for my packages, 2nd time I’m told there is no delivery address. Well I see on your tracking the listed delivery address! How’s that possible? How did it get from New York to your location with no delivery address? On top of that you claimed to have tried to deliver it, how can you do that if you didn’t have the address?? 3rd there is cameras on the property and no fedex delivery vehicle showed up the day they claimed to! So it’s at their location a half hour away from me, but they won’t let me pick it up! Finally they tell me to have my vinyl supplier contact them to straighten it out. Do you know what the crew at south Windsor fedex did…. No they didn’t fix the problem, they put my package under investigation. So thank you to the grand fedex team of south Windsor for costing me time and money.

These drivers should not be on the road. On 2 separate occasions I’ve had an 18 wheeler run me off the highway lane. They are dangerous and a big risk to the public especially other drivers who share the road with them. The speeds they travel at are reckless. Tonight I had a double trailer fedex truck swing his double trailer into my work van my passenger and I were scared for our safety and couldn’t believe what we experienced. There were multiple lanes free of traffic but he decided to scare us out of our lane by doing such. I believe in cabin cameras should be enforced. I can only imagine he would’ve left us for dead if I wouldn’t have immediately thrown myself into the next lane.

FedEx continuously lie about making delivery attempts which are false and were never made. I would spend hours waiting at home for a delivery. No one ever shows up yet they tell me they tried. No yellow tag/note is left, which tells me the driver was a liar. NEVER AGAIN WITH YOU GUYS!

Waiting for a package to come in today. Needed a signature for it, so I waited for it outside for 4+ hours. I get a notification on my phone (as I was outside waiting) saying they just attempted to deliver the package. What a bunch of liars. I called customer seevice, they said if they did attempt to deliver they would have left a yellow tag. Of course there was no yellow tag because no one actually came. FedEx is terrible. I always have problems with them.
