Employee shouted to ask me if I was pregnant in front of the entire waiting room??? Also the minute I walked in had to throw out there “my lunch break is at 11:00” when it was only 9:45…. I honestly have no words for the lack of professionalism and privacy.

The person I had to deal with here today had one of the most vile and disgusting personalities I have ever dealt with in my life. Working in healthcare requires being friendly and patient towards ANYONE who walks through the door, and this was completely the opposite of that. Could not even bother tocome open the door to the lobby to come get me for my appointment ,literally YELLED through the door and then was so incredibly rude and disrespectful when I didnt have what I apparently needed for the testing, and did not offer any explanation or answer any questions I had. Offered me a 1800 number and kicked me out of the room because she “couldn’t help me”. Also took my license from me and then was incredibly rude when I asked for my own ID back. Absolutely ridiculous to receive this kind of treatment, clearly needs a lesson in customer service and should not be working in a job like this period. Need to seriously evaluate the employees they have here, will never be back.

Wow. I’ve never reviewed a place before, but I honestly am appalled at the attitude of the rude front desk person. After driving an hour, with an infant, I showed up to complete a screening test. While I understand I missed the time frame by 15 mins to complete the test, I would have understood and left but the behavior of the woman at the front was horrible when I asked her the next time I could come in. Especially because I have a baby. The snickering and sneering I received was beyond me. Also sharing that ‘it’s nine minutes until my lunch break’ was so salty and unnecessary. Just horrible customer service from the moment I stepped in the door. I’m a patient person and understanding in these circumstances where I didn’t meet a timeframe and I recognize people have breaks but the lack of professionalism and kindness was astounding.

I just want to say Michele yes with one “L” was amazing. She knew exactly what she was doing. I’m sadly used to getting poked more than one time but Michele got the job done in one poke. I’m terrified of needles and I didn’t even feel it, one of the best blood work experiences I’ve ever had. Super clean inside too.

Went here this morning for a gestational diabetes glucose test. Isania was incredibly helpful and cheerful. She made the whole experience easy. The location was clean and comfortable (I had to be there for an hour for the test and she made sure I was comfortable with a reclining chair in a separate private stall). There is one closer to me in a Walgreens, but I will definitely go back to this location for any future lab needs!

I went here for fingerprinting. In and out with no problems. No appointments necessary, but I still called and made one just in case. Clean and neat waiting room and examining rooms. Skeleton crew staff, but that’s the world we live in now.
