MELT is the first gym I've been apart of that made me feel welcomed from the start! I've never been more consistent at a gym or felt more comfortable, the coaches are great and super encouraging as well as everyone else who workouts at melt! Found my place where i can focus on me and getting stronger and better mentally and physically.

Overall fantastic gym. Ive been going for 2 yrs & have built a lot of strength. The coaches all have great personalities, create a fun & encouraging atmosphere, offer modifications & extra challenges. Good variety of equipment & types of workouts & classes. The floor & equipment is kept very clean.

I’ve only done 4 workouts here so far but after my first one I immediately knew I wanted to sign up for a membership! As someone with high anxiety I was worried about stepping out of my comfort zone and trying something new, but I felt so comfortable there right off the bat. The trainers are all super nice and the other members were very welcoming and friendly. Now it’s my new favorite place!

I truly love coming to Melt Fitness. For years this has been a second home. I have met so many great people and the owners have truly established their firm belief in community here. There is absolutely no judgements and everyone who comes in is welcomed.

I have been with MELT for more than three years now. I can't even begin to say enough good things. I have never been very athletic and before MELT I was never able stay with a consistent work out. Since joining MELT I attend classes 4 times a week / 5 times when my schedule allows. I actually feel stronger now and welcome new challenges and workouts. The coaches are always energetic and positive - it truly is a no judgement zone!! No matter your fitness level they know just how to push you to get to help you reach your goals. All that said, it is not just a fitness gym, they provide nutritional counseling to fit your needs, movtivational support and a friendly enviornment where you always feel welcomed. It truly is a family, #Meltfamily.

I highly recommend M.E.L.T. I have been a member for a year now and I love working out at Melt. The staff and coaches are extremely helpful and take 1-1 approach and help you get your goals. The sessions are fun and fantastic. Go MELT.

I have been going to MELT for years and I've loved EVERY workout! The trainers are so motivating and really support your goals. Whether you need to be pushed, need modifications or just some great motivation, they are there for you! Getting results in only a 30 minute workout?! It's true...it really happens! I have been at Melt for 4 years now. The trainers are incredibly supportive and motivating. They always modify the workout as needed if you have any injuries or limitations. They offer several different types of workouts and consistently change the programming so you never get bored and always get the most out of your workouts. And they truly care about their clients - while I was battling cancer and was forced to put my membership on hold, the owner, trainers and staff were constantly reaching out to offer support. I can't say enough good things about Melt!!
