Great customer service here. Anthony helped me out at the coin counting machine. Very friendly helpful and personable. Everyone at this branch was smiling and happy. I frequent many banks and this is rare site to see. The customer service team also seemed to know every single customer who walked in by name. Thanks for the 5* service.

Friendly helpful staff. I prefer this branch. Have done my buisness and personal banking with this location through several mergers. The first few weeks or so after the merge to peoples left staff and customers I think a little frustrated but soon after the kinks were ironed out, came the great service I have had for years.

Worst manager I’ve ever dealt with. Spoke to me like I was her child rather than a customer who holds a business account with them. Jennifer you’re awful and you should be fired. Admit when a mistake is made and fix it.

Rude, unorganized, and just generally unpleasant to work with.I’ve spent 3 hours on the phone with customer service and had to go to the branch 3 separate times. After all of that I still am no closer to resolving anything. By far the worst banking experience I’ve ever had! AVOID PEOPLES BANK AND THIS BRANCH AT ALL COSTS! I WILL DEFINITELY BE CLOSING THIS ACCOUNT. Save yourself the headache and learn from my mistakes, go to a different bank. Also the manager Jennifer seems to think women have no place in business. I say this because of how she belittled my wife when discussing our business account. Jennifer made it a point to tell my wife that she needed to talk to me (the husband) to get better informed on the status of our account. Just to be clear my wife runs the business...

Very very slow, teller walks back and forth soooo slow, does everything sooooo slow, could care less about the amount of cars waiting in line takes up to 20-25 minutes per customer, terrible customer service, absolutely awful.
