“This particular stores customer service was amazing . I was from out of town and had a faulty boot with me. I showed them the receipt, and how the boot wasn't that old. They pointed out how it was defective and replaced it for me. I'm very grateful for their staff and their knowledge.”

“Extremely friendly staff. Beautiful displays. Clean, clean, clean throughout the store. A great variety of merchandise from pet products to outdoor survival. All this store would need is some live animal or fish on display, and my day would have felt like a daycation.L.L. Bean is a first-class operation, and although pricey, you get well made high quality merchandise that last. I have a L.L. Bean winter jacket that is now 24 years old and is still as good as when brand new.If getting to the store is not possible, try their website. Another 5 star operation. Their variety, availability, and range of sizes are amazing.As you can tell, I recommend a trip to this store for a great experience.”
