When I first purchased my vehicle from Mike and Tony’s, I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. Unfortunately, a few challenges have come up since then.
Within six months, the car has experienced two breakdowns and is now in need of a new engine. It’s been at the service center for over a month, and I’ve been in contact with Sims (the service manager) and Tony as they continue to review the situation.
While it’s been a frustrating experience being without my vehicle, I’m hopeful that the dealership will stand behind their customer service values and help find a fair resolution.

A little late in posting this but I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Escape for my daughter's first car from Mike and Tony Auto Sales, and I had a fantastic experience thanks to Terrence! He was a great salesman. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy, which I was very thankful for. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. My daughter is very satisfied with the vehicle and loves how great it drives. If you are looking for someone who is professional and easy to work with, I highly recommend asking for Terrence. Everyone at Mike and Tony's was a pleasure to talk to and they helped me every step of the way. Will definitely be back on our next vehicle purchase 5 Star Rated all the way!

First of all this dealership is Family And they make you feel like family. They have the baddest low mileage excellent pricing cars clean there’s not one car that they have that the owners won’t drive when you buy these cars you have an automobile. Customer Service is great. The cars are fabulous. Go check them out. I’ve bought several cars and I’m getting ready to buy another one. You know sometime you go to a car dealership and get a used car and you want go back and choke them Never here. ALWAYS Quality, safe and reliable.
